The people that run this location are awesome. Very polite always willing to help. Very friendly and accommodating. I drive past 2 other Uhaul locations for anything I need to rent from them.

Austin SOur return location was very clearly listed as this location on the contract and online at Uhaul.com. However, when my husband returned the trailer to this location, they insisted that it should have been returned elsewhere. I don't know why she thought this as everything we had said this was the right location. That made us very nervous leaving the trailer there.

HUMBERTO RWhen I picked the truck up I was informed that it, "Just got in" and that the fuel cap (check engine) light was on but that the lady who drove it in from Texas said, "It runs fine." The proprietor of the business told me that she had sanitized the inside of the truck but that was all because of the recent return. The truck was clean on the inside, however, the windshield was covered with bugs. I drove the truck to our storage facility later that afternoon and found the check engine light to be on solid, the truck pulled heavily to the right, and it performed below expectations because of these issues. I did call Uhaul and spoke with the Uhaul dealer on Main Street in Sedalia, MO who traded the truck for me to fully functioning 26' truck. My experience with Uhaul equipment has overall been positive. I made two moves over 45 days and both vehicles (F650 26' trucks) exceeded my expectations. The trucks are roomy, comfortable, efficient for their size, and the low loading height is especially a desired feature. The truck was the difference, along with Susan Singh in Cinnaminson, NJ, and the nice man on Main Street in Sedalia, MO, that made the difference. Thank you, Tim Rehmer
TIM REverything was fine very courteous and had that home town feeling that's why I drove 10 miles to Lamonte when there is a UHaul 5 blocks away from me. I've used Lamonte location before so I knew what to expect and will continue to use them in the future

Eugene SMake sure all tires are filled and good for travel. One of the 4 tires on the trailer was 1. Not a Carlisle tire and not rated the same as the other 3. And 2. Had a small leak and had to be filled up multiple times during the trip

Baxter TTruck was horrible. Rattled vibrated shimmied and had a right lean unloaded made worse when loaded. Worse then expected fuel mileage, and did not hold advertised 60 gallons fuel gauge stopped at 3/4s. We were at times seriously concerned truck was going to break down on our trip that took extra time to complete. Heater vents smelled of mold and mildew. Could not be less satisfied with the truck and its driveability.

GEORGE OThis location was good. The people were nice, truck was clean, and had gas. The truck itself was horrible. We had a 11 hour drive that turned into 2 days! The truck drove rough and the speedometer was broken. The truck would say I was doing 15 over what I was doing. I actually got stopped by highway patrol for going so far under the speed limit. Not only was the speedometer wrong but the rough drive made us go through $400 just in gas! Almost double the estimate! On top of $1300 just for the 20' truck (the up in prices are ridiculous!) Truck was horrible. We always use u haul and the past two times have made us NEVER want to use them again.

Terry MBrian, the "guy over Kansas and Missouri" was the rudest person ever. I was told my reservation couldn't be filled and the nearest trailer was 40 miles away. I found two at the office 7 miles from where I made the reservation. He refused to do anything to make it right and kept saying over and over the 40 mile location was the only one available. Then when I asked for his supervisors name and number to complain he said "you can call 1-800 u hau but im over Kansas and Missouri so it'll just come back to me".. Last time I will ever use uhaul after dealing with him.
