John VNothing needs improvement. Customer service was excellent! We went there in person to do the final paperwork and everything was done over the computer. The whole process only took about 10 minutes plus with keys in hand we were ready to leave for our destination.

Antonio LYour software is a little glitchy. Information I had completed On-line had to be reentered at the U-Haul location. Lost time!

Tomasa CMAK went out of there way to have the trailer there for me. As for Uhaul themselves well if they have a trailer or truck that is going to be rented for multiple days and they say its a local so you have to go get it somewhere else is not good. no one wants to travel 1/2 hour to 1 hr one way to get the item they are renting.
Dale SThe overall experience was good. I did try and check the vehicle back in after hours and the U-Haul website repeatedly timed me out. The location and owner were wonderful the U-Haul website needs some work.

Jason SI was charged $128 on the day of rental when it was suppose to be $53 I showed the lady the transaction on my phone. She then said it was my banks fault. I contacted my bank and they said it had nothing to do with them. I showed up first thing Monday morning to see if they had figured out a way to resolve the issue. I was told I needed to contact corporate. Was also told I'd get a call from a manager and it's been hours with no call from them. I have spent hours on the phone with uhaul customer service and my bank. And still can't get uhaul to get their shit together and refund my money. Absolutely disappointed with uhaul as a whole and do not plan to ever use them again and will be sure to tell everyone I know about this poor experience with uhaul.

Michael kI had rented here in the summer, owner provided excellent customer service. Unaware he was closed Saturday, I called Valpo & discovered I could rent through the same company on-line! We were only moving furniture from Hebron to Kouts. The process was great except for being slow for someone in a hurry. Thank you! Martha M.

james gYour app is absolutely horrible for after hours returns. When I was unable to get the app to work, I called customer service and requested a call back after the recording stated that the wait would be 52 minutes on the phone. Left all the requested info. and never got a call back.

DANIEL MThe original location for drop off was supposed to be 24 hours...I got there at 6:05 pm to drop off and it was a locked lot with no way to get in. After a 48 min wait on hold I was able to get ahold of uhaul customer service and they were able to find me another drop off that was actually open..wasted alot of time trying to drop off trailer,very unsatisfied with that part of it

Alexandria CReserved my moving truck in advanced online and received confirmation it would be there at the Roselawn location. Day of moving our truck was not available and we were told there was not one within 200 miles. I will say the gentleman working at the Roselawn location really advocated for us on the phone with U-Haul. We had to drive out of our way and had to take a smaller truck but he figured something out for us and also asked UHaul to reimburse us. We were so thankful for him. He fixed a major issue that U-Haul caused and even got us money back. We would not recommend U haul again but definitely the rental place in Roselawn for other needs. U haul did refund as they said they would but we would have really been in a bad situation and I wouldn't want that to happen to someone else
Michael Rthe front end of the box truck we rented was not in good shape. We had the truck loaded and the front end would shake when we approached 50 mph. It was quite scary to drive.
