You can make sure that your renters are accurately recording mileage, I only traveled 30-34 miles and was charged for 76 making my total go from an estimated $68 to $122 and when I called this location I was told that I traveled 50 miles, but was still charged for 76 when I actually only traveled 32 miles.Nathaniel G.

I used the Truckshare 24/7 mobile method to pickup and drop off the truck. The step-by-step instructions to drop off the truck were great, except the last step says to put the key into a drop-box near the front of the store but this store has no drop-box.Bradley M.
My rental was to be returned at 8am, the store does not open until 11am, so I had to do the return the night before (after hours). The associate behind the counter was young and had no knowledge of returns (as I returned the auto transport a day earlier) or U-Haul for that matter, she kept having to call someone else for advise and help. She even went so far as to tell me to leave the key in the rental. Since it was in my name and I was liable, I told her "no thanks, I'll bring the key when you open up"!James O.
Have someone there that understands English and your website. I had to hitch 6' x 12' cargo trailer by myself. Terrible experience with rep at that site. Trailer even had a lock on door that I had to cut off. Rep did not care. Don't rent there unless you are fluent in SpanishChuck S.

I really enjoyed the fact that I could do everything from my phone. The user interface is easy to use, the steps are simple and helpful. Was sent to this location due to my reservation location not having the size I needed. When I got there is was a Hispanic grocery store and they did not speak english. We used a translation app and I said I would be returning the truck to my original reservation location. She agreed and translated that she understood. When returning the truck, I was told it would cost me $200 to return it to that location because the system said it was supposed to go back to where I got it from. So I took the truck bucket to the Hispanic grocery store but was then charged for an extra day even though I was late due to their error!!! I will never use Uhaul again and want a refund for the extra day I was charged!!!Schascha S.
There was not a drop box at this location so I ended up having to pay for another day because I couldn't return it on Saturday night. I was not happy about that. When I asked him about the drop box he said it fell off the wall.Susanne B.
The employee did not know what to do. She had to speak to a relative (Mom?) in Spanish over the phone. She had to send screen shots on everything she did on the computer about three times. It was a very bad experience.William B.
The staff was very unorganized. It took them over 30 minutes to figure out how to fill out the contract. One of the girls spoke no English and the other girl spoke some English. I rented the truck for 24 hours and I was told to drop the key in the mailbox since the location would be closed when I returned the truck and they would check the truck in the next morning. I did not receive a copy of the contract. They handed me the key and I confirmed that all I had to do upon return was to place the key in the mailbox. The equipment was clean and well maintained but customer service the deceptive practice of charging me for two days is wrong. I give the equipment an A+, Customer service F, and overall experience D-.William T.

Zero assistance at the location on either pickup or delivery. Never even saw a person. The individual that facilitated our transaction on the phone was helpful. This was the 5th location that we were told to pickup a trailer. Overall, very awful experience, as it typically is when dealing with your company. You clearly have ZERO standards for your agents. I could tell you about the lady that told us if we returned on Sunday we would just have to wait...because her liquor sales were a lot more important that Uhaul trailers. Pitiful. I damaged my low-hanging front bumper on the front edge of the auto transport. It barely cleared, and when I went to back the car off when we completed the move, the bumper caught on the front edge of the transport, hung up, then bent/tore (plastic) and popped it off the side mounts of the car. I had purchased the towing coverage, but be sure to read the fine print as the coverage DOES NOT cover loading and unloading the vehicle, just while in actual transit--the U-Haul staff should really remind people of these details. Consider have your car loaded by U-Haul staff or have them monitor during loading. The drop off location stated I could have placed a 2x4 piece of wood under the tires to lift them a touching higher to prevent this. Otherwise, the equipment, the move, the staff...all went well! Thank you! Would do it all again...with the aid of a couple of 2x4s.
The key box was kind of far away from where you park the truck and not very visible.Shari K.
I also returned the truck at over 1/4 of a tank right where it was at. The dealership is incorrect about the returned fuel level and I would like those charges returned. Being a prior employee and a frequent customer I know your policies and would not return the fuel at under a quarter of a tank.Jason R.
Identify that the rental location is a store and market rather than a rental place. Address of the Business location was not correct. The number was a loan office located next door rather than the Uhaul rental.DArrell P.
