Person at location/ UHAUL rep was not happy to have to help… very frustrated & was texting boss while helping us telling him he wasn't doing this anymore "this wasn't his job". When I first arrived he said my equipment wasn't available/ didn't have reservation. Didn't seem to know what to do. Had to call for help. It was a mess. Won't go to this location again.

Be there when the appointment time is set. I had a 1230 appt. time no one was there so I waited until 115 then left in a uber to get home call at 145 for someone to answer so I had to take the uber back. Unnecessary use of money and time.

Owner of business was not there when I arrived. I had to call u haul - and almost broke my nail trying to open rusted lock boxes/ equipment I ordered was not available and I wasn't notified

I was given a vehicle that had no heat. I froze the whole ride. Not to mention, my reservation was for another location which was changed without me being informed. Perhaps if I was left at the first location, I would have been given a vehicle that had heat.

Quick and amazing service. They let you know everything you need to know ahead of time and walk you through the process of seamlessly renting and returning a vehicle from them. Couldn't be happier.

couldn't use the email app to return equipment and by the time I was able to get through, I told the rep that I had returned it 2 hours before I was supposed to and I was charged $40 more than was originally quoted

It was the worst ever experience. The van had mud all round and the driver side had mud on the seat and on the steering wheel on the passenger side there was old food a gallon of water. In the back was the worst; there were lots and lots of cigarettes buds a TV dirty clothes a lot of penny's a very bad smell. I took pictures and submit them to U-Haul and did a report. But I had to wait for the renting agent to come back from lunch 1 hour I waited for the agent and I showed him what he was renting me. I feel that I should not be charged for this but I did get charged and that was very wrong!!!!!

The location was amazing. The app for pick up before the location opened left a lot to be desired. The process was cumbersome and confusing. You really need to work on you app. Nothing against the location though! The service I got there at drop off was fantastic!

I booked an appointment weeks ago at another location. I showed up and they couldn't find my reservation. I called the 800 number for U-Haul, and found another location that had a truck available. MTS was great, and Sterling was so accommodating.

Another great experience with U Haul! A few weeks ago I rented from the U Haul off of Union Blvd in Bethlehem and the girl there was excellent! On New Years Eve I rented from MTS Motors on N. 16th in Allentown and once again I had a great experience! Sterling was efficient, had us on our way to and from pick up and drop off and he was extremely pleasant! I definitely recommend MTS in Allentown! You'll have a great experience so go see Sterling for your next move! Thanks Sterling! Happy New Year to Everyone!

First of all, dealing with that app was awful! I needed 3 IDs, the lock box wouldn't open, and then when I took the truck back I had to deal with that sucky app again. It's easier to sneak in the US and get welfare than it is to rent a u-haul!

They didn't have the cargo van that I reserved. Also I got stuck then taking a box truck which was 0,2cents more a mile and then also on top of that they didn't put the utility dolley in that I reserved. Besides that the service was good and the truck was clean. But I was not given my 50$ for not having my reservation

Was provided the best customer service from Sterling ( apologize if the spelling of his name is incorrect) but he truly went above and beyond for my recent rental experience. I won't go anywhere else, if I need any service again.
