The ramp that is on the 26' truck was very short. It is intermec for a lower truck. It was very hard to use at a steeper angle.

It needs to be posted that they are 24hrs to get uhaul equipment so more people are aware because they are amazing!!!!
JULIE SEric went above and beyond for me yesterday - he ended up having to come to New Albany, IN at my daughter's house to tow the car carrier and my granddaughters' vehicle back to Goshen, OH due to I was rear-ended while there in New Albany. I so appreciate Eric for all he did for me yesterday
rhonda wWe had a reservation and the total amount was $54,95 but when we got there, they charged $109,95 and claimed I had to take it up with uhaul. I've since sent my concern to uhaul with pics of my reservation price but still haven't received any response.
