Soni PandeyI am so disappointed by my entire Uhaul experience. It was so unprofessional and unorganized. It cost me stress, money, and eventually a back pain. I arrived at the pick-up location on the specified date and time to pick up my Uhaul, on the day of the move. I have made my booking multiple weeks in advance, only to arrive there and be told that my reservation was canceled at 6 am of that day because there was no Uhaul available at that location. After some back and forth on the phone with Uhaul, I was finally able to get the van - almost 45 min later. Yet, I had ordered a furniture dolly as well but there was none available. So, I called Uhaul. They transferred me to 3 agents (again, a waste of time on such a stressful day, where I had my building's elevator for a limited time!). The 3rd agent said that the only solution was to pick up a dolly from a location that was 20 min away (which means 40 min in total) from my apartment - which would cost me time, fuel money, and mileage money. I said thank you, no. So, I had to move my furniture - with my friends - without a dolly - which was time-consuming and damaging to my back. I thought Uhaul was a trustworthy company. But I am not sure where their reputation comes from at this point.

Anoop BanodkarPick up location is inside a small grocery store, with no dedicated staff. Also, the truck I rented was old/not in good condition. For the next customer, I recommend the other U-Haul pick-up location just a couple of blocks away.
Amaury Conde Y Martin NetoThe location was excellent and staff very helpful. The vehicle was clean as well. My issue was really with the vehicle. I felt there was something wrong with the suspension - however it could have also been the rear door. When driving there was something that was really rattling and shuddering and it felt like the wheels were going to fall off. I am not sure what it was but I did mention it when I returned the vehicle. I think it may need some attention. This all said, it all worked out fine and the process was easy.

Chad WolfondFirst, make it clear that the Truck Share 24/7 service is not a guarantee that the person will be able to pick up the truck. I asked a friend to drive for me as he has a driver's license and when we arrived at the location, I had to fill out an extensive form and wait for it to be approved. I was afraid it wouldn't be approved. What would've happened if it was not approved? I had all my move-out scheduled with the building, so I couldn't cancel it. Second, finding the link to unlock the truck was SO, SO HARD! I had to reach out to the customer service chat, they sent me a link with a tutorial that is CLEARLY OUT OF DATE. The video and instructions in the article pointed me to a Dashboard menu option, which I couldn't find anywhere in my app or the mobile site. I had to perform quite a few searches on Google to find a direct link to the page where I could finally start the check-in process. It was a terrible experience! Third, I rented a dolly, which was not in the truck. When returning the truck, I asked the store for a refund, they said "yeah yeah it's going to take a while". They were clearly talking to customers in the store and making me wait until I gave up. Fourth, the tank was below 1/4 when I picked up the truck, so I returned it in the same state. However, when filling out the check-out form, I couldn't mark it under 1/4, or I would be charged a gas fee. I had to put 1/4 even though this is not the state in which I picked up the truck. Finally, I just want to be fair and say the customer service was great. I called them a couple of times - including to ask for a refund for the dolly I didn't receive, and they were very efficient all the times.

Mark DelineThey charged mi again with $21,01 without a receipt and explanation of the charge they took from cc. They should have call or sent a receipt explaining what the charges are for. If they could not explain they have to return the money they collected.
rey salugsuganThe van that was rented had a very serious mechanical issue in the transmission as as well back turning signals not working as well. This situations can't happen as it creates problems for the costumer

Mark DelineThe staff were friendly and helpful but the van stalled during a left hand turn and seemed to have serious engine issues. The van felt unsafe. It needs to be taken to a mechanic. I will never rent from U-Haul again, and will tell my friends about this experience.

Kaitlyn WhelanMy van interior dirty and steering wheel sticky. He swept it out the back when I asked but there was an unbelievable dirt cloud produced. Also van only had 1/4 tank gas which isn't good for the customer or the engine.
Dana DouglasPick location is convenient (bus stops at doorst). Staff is polite. Don't expect any line-ups. Getting the keys was fast and easy. Many near-by gas stations to fill-up the gas tank. Truck was not the cleanest( dirt in the back), dirty papers and bottles left behind, dirty windshield and very dusty dashboard. Being your own trash bag ,lysol wipes and you're good to go.

Krista DearloveMy only issue is this location I visages mobile pickup however I was not able to get my van at 7 am as booked. I had to wait until the store opened to get the van. Please update the website so people don't book the van when starbanks is closed.

Chun San Jason LimIt was worse the vehicle was not cleaned as well as I was unable to get the vehicle on time which eventually lead me to go above the time limit of 4 hours for which I eventually got charged more than twice, to be honest the way I got service and got charged for, it would have been better for me to do an Uber or something else and BTW please remove your false advertisement of promoting Uhaul of guaranteed $50 if you don’t get the vehicle on time, because it does not look like you mean
