stefani wThe equipment wasn't well maintained. It had been scratched by a previous renter pretty badly, it braked in an odd way, it didn't accelerate well, it was dirty (and misc items left in the cab too), overall just not great on the inside. But the service was great! The location was fine.

Kevin SThe U-Haul system of renting a truck with 1/4 tank of gas and then requiring 1/4 tank on return is incomprehensible. Trucks should be rented with a full tank. If the truck is rented with less than a full tank, at least encourage return with a full tank by crediting the renter who returns the truck with a full tank.

My best friend in life recommended them, have used their trucks and equipment for 2 moves and have had a full storage locker for two yrs w auto pay via credit card. Never p problem. Will always call them when I have a related need. Ten stars!!!

Juliet MThe truck cab smelled like smoke, it was kinda nasty every time we got in to drive. Also, the guy in the office was really wonderful. However, the app for check-in is terrible and there should be a sign posted to prevent people from making that mistake... it took forever and the guy in the office had to call and sort it out. The rental periods are SO short as it is, so losing time with a slow app or slow people on the back end of the app is really frustrating.

Roman WNot very much. I suggest that U-Haul as an overall company evaluate their computer system, as this seemed to be the weakest point of the whole transaction. Under ordinary times, this might have affected me rating of the company. But pandemic rules have made me a little more patient.

camille nMore clearly inform customers that after hours check out needs to be done at the location. I dropped the uhaul off and then went to check out after I'd already left and dropped the key off. I returned to the site to complete the check-out but couldn't get in the truck to check the odometer since I'd already dropped off the key. As a result I was charged the check-out fee. This could have been avoided if there were clearer instructions on check-out procedures.
