Nanette PThe key lockbox should be changed to an easier system. Maybe a wireless code? Maybe a scan? The whole process up to the point of getting the key was great. It took a few tries to open. Come on U-Haul its 2024 the security lock technology has been developed years ago. Your app is great but leave a crowbar next to the box incase of emergency.

Robert NThe pickup process was terrible the door was locked when I got there no one was answering the phone so I called and was told to do it online and it was absolutely ridiculous, I ended up having to call 4 times. After all of that one of the employers at the location came out the locked door and let me in and the man inside had to come out to retrieve the key bacause the lock was stuck. The truck had a lot of scratches, dents, and scrapes on it that were not marked. I was told I would be given an extra day and 20 miles extra free because of my pickup location being moved and I wasn't. Also, the equipment that I put in my reservation to assist in my move, was not on the truck. Worst experience ever in all my years of using UHaul.
DEBORAH WThe check out process was horrible , the code for the keys were not available and had to call u-haul on the phone , took about an hour before I got the truck while I was paying people to help me move . Also I rented TWO DOLLIES , guess how many were in the truck when I picked it up? ZERO. Terrible experience , I'll never get a uhaul again, there are plenty of other options out there for the same $ and better service .

PAUL EThe online pickup takes quite a while to complete. So, I advise you arrive 20 minutes prior to your pickup time.

Matthew PEquipment i ordered was not included. Noone there at pickup or at closing. Took too long to pickup key. Key lockbox lock was rusted. Had to be pried open by my handyman. In short, the whole experience, including very long wait times on the phone was AWFUL. Still waiting for a $24 plus tax to be credited back to me as the equipment was not provided by Macco Truck Center
Rahul DNot make customer drive to 4 locations to pick up truck , packing quilts, hand truck, dolly ,boxes putting almost at t 100 miles total and wasted 5 hours of packing time , and two different locations to drop off truck the day it was suppose to be returned then charge over 100$ extra for gas and late return of truck.

Cindy HThis rental was horrible, the truck was gross, (I have pictures), the man named Kevin was rude and was supposed to adjust my mileage but I was changed for the full mileage (I have pictures of the start and end mileage). I was supposed to rent the truck from one location and was informed that the truck we reserved was never returned, so we had to drive 10 miles out of our way to get the truck and than drive it back 10 miles to return it. We rented it with a trailer hitch 2" ball which we had to drive to the original location to get a hitch put on it (extra mileage that we got charge for). So disappointed in the whole ordeal.
VIVIAN SThe worst experience possible. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM UHAUL and MACCO. The return process was unacceptable. They charge you for whatever they feel like it. I WILL NEVER RENT ANOTHER UHAUL
JOHN SWhen I reserved the truck online I also requested a hand truck and moving blankets. When I picked the truck up at the location I was told that they didn't supply moving blankets and hand trucks. If I knew that prior to reserving the truck online I would have went somewhere else

JENIFER BThis location is near a parkway entrance/exit super location for moving however there are no accommodations for you to park personal vehicle . I parked a few blocks away and walked back , location in this case awkward as you are walking on a two lane street narrow street with no sidewalks and heavy traffic . I had perfect conditions, daylight , good weather and late morning . I. Ant imagine dark cold and heavier traffic .

EDWARD YAt Cerlione's the truck did not start. They checked it that morning and it was working though. Stuff happens. They got me a refund fast and told me to head over to Macco in Keyport right down the road not far at all. They handled it quick and fast and I had a successful move.
WILLIAM RI'm very disappointed to see all of these fees tacked on. None of this was clearly presented to me at time of check out and it's very dishonest on behalf of U-Haul. I may use a different provider next time
