Truck was not clean and never checked or serviced from prior rental. ABS light came on the check engine light came on Truck was three- quarts low had to purchase oil and add. Check brakes bell was ringing every time that the truck went over 60 mph. Would not shut off the whole trip unless pulled over in turn key off . In my opinion truck was not very safe but got me from point A to point B I ordered a 20 foot truck and got a 26 foot truck

Starting off I get a phone call asking if I would like to move my reservation to this location. Reason being was it was the only place with the size I needed. I said ok and I was sent an email with confirmation. Fast forward to pick up. My friend and I get to the location to which the said there wasn’t any reservation at my time for my size vehicle and that they had no record of us. They start attempting to sort things out only degrading the situation by no one knowing really what to do they call panicked to someone who does not answer. After shock we all stand around awkwardly silent. My friend and I start frantically searching for another Uhaul anywhere to our dismay we’re all booked. Finally after being there for I would say nearly an hour a mysterious friend walks in and finally gives us some direction and a way to finally move forward. Overall I have no issue with really how much time it took but the fact that there was suck disorganization within the establishment. 0/10 would never recommend.

First of all when I called to confirm my uhaul I was told to call the someone else who handles the rentals at the garage. I was informed by this person that I could pick up the truck by 7:30am with a code that was given to me to unlock the truck. I never completed any paperwork or inspection on the truck. The truck was filthy dirty on the inside. I requested a utility dolly and it wasn't inside the truck. I had to go to another uhaul dealer to rent the dolly which really inconvenienced my whole move schedule. I've rented from uhaul on several occasions and I've never experienced such poor customer service. Uhaul should really put tough guidelines and procedures in place for people calling themselves"Authorized Dealers". I was very disappointed with my experiences with Uhaul and in the past I've received a military discount for my one way moves and was told they couldn't give me one. Next time I'll go with Penske. Shame on Uhaul

I had to pull the trailer out of the mud by myself after being over charged the online reservation rate. The location was not the location I reserved. I was very unsatisfied as a formerly loyal U-Haul customer.

Maybe some training in customer service would help; at this location. Clerk was a bit insulting, and rude. I felt as if she was implying that I was lying( at one point), not very knowledgeable( at the age of 63), and flat out stupid. I tried to bring a problem to her attention, and she kept cutting me off mid-sentence. I was very frustrated at that point. I was simply trying to find out why a portoin of my bank account was frozen when I had paid her cash. I realize that the estimated portoin is held when you book a rental but, when you've paid cash; it should be released. This is the day after the transaction and my account is still held up. Smh!!!

Y’all need to check this location out. Not only was the truck I rented not available even though I confirmed online but the only truck that I could take had a check engine light on, electrical light on, and missing evap system which made the truck reek of gasoline. While the people were friendly, helpful, and accommodating this location needs to be closed. I would not feel comfortable having my friends or family rent from here.

This was the 3rd location we visited to get the trailer. The location I originally reserved it at didn't hav ethe trailer. IT would be nice to have the equipment at the location in which you reserved it. Also, when the 3rd place has the trailer, it was filled with junk from the last renter. Then it took 2 hours to empty it out!! Total of 3 hours to find and obtain a trailer.

I’m not satisfied at all because my whole reservation was a disaster. I got charged twice n then have I have to wait to get my money back. This was my first time having a bad experience with U-Haul n I noticed when it’s one of their other locations n not the main one DEAL AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!

I went to rent a U-Haul Truck, not the location. They were most helpful, the equipment was ready to go and I made a 2100 mile run in the truck without any problems what so ever. The truck was full of gas and in Excellent condition. What else could one ask for and Mr MacDdonalds and his secretary were most helpful in all manners! I couldn't be more happy.

Inspect the equipment to insure it is working. Be physically able to help the customer hitch the trailer. Have an ac area while waiting to check out.
