No issues with the location. Uhaul, on the other hand, cancelled my order 20 minutes before I got there. I didn't see it in my e-mail until I arrived and had to give them a call, where they then sent me to another location. Huge inconvenience for no reason at all.
There was no assigned area to park at the gas station.
The uhaul truck was fine but it took 40 minutes to get the truck, after I mad reservations on line 3 days prior. The attendant claim it was due to the system being down.
The cab was covered in pet hair
When it was time to rent they called me 3 different times change the footage and location after i had my contact they changed contact on me 3 different times and the pick up location
I was over charged. I returned my vehicle within the time but was charged for an extra day and extra fees. I will be disputing these charges with my credit card company.
