Well, the guy who waited on us got the job done. Eventually… but was none too swift. I needed to ask him to cut the lock off the truck. He said it was on the truck which had been not rentable for a month. He said he called to try to remedy it but no help. He couldn't get the code to the combination lock on the back to get the ignition key. Side note I phoned ahead after I made the reservation to make sure everything was ok. Be confirmed by looking up my reservation. But when I got there he was ooh. My mistake that truck is un rentable because if the lock on the back. I encouraged him and help him try to use bolt cutters and a hack saw but the type of lock prevented this. Then I suggested a mini grinder and asked if anyone around had one. I found a neighbour with a generator and a grinder and he cut it off. That man needs a coffee. The neighbour that is.

I had someone else pick up the rental, they didn't know they had to ask for the dolly I requested and we were still charged as everything was completed online and over the phone. No biggie we moved happily! Merci

JEFF LSaid to return by 9am store wasn't open until 11am so we had to wait wasn't impressed on the pickup or the drop off because of wait think we should get a discount on our next rental as we now need to rent again sept 21 as we ran out of time is there any discount that can be applied need to rent a 15 ft for 2 more days ? Also ur tricks should be full gas so that when you return just need fill up ours was 3/4 tank ad to fill to that not easy to do
