uhaul changed the pickup location for Friday May 27 from a location that was actually open to one that was closed. I was forced to do a mobile pickup and the truck smelled of marijuana smoke.

I was not expecting to drop off my truck at a gas station - I called the number and was assisted in how to proceed with the drop-off process. While everything went smoothly, it felt odd to just leave the truck in a gas station parking lot with the keys on the dashboard, and "hope" that everything went smoothly. I would've felt more comfortable if I had dropped off the truck at a U-Haul location where I could've talked with a representative just to ensure my rental was complete.
Samantha S.The only issue and it wasn't a big deal, the truck was a little dirty inside and it needs some maintenance. It was very hard at times to get it into gear. The service from the Uhaul associates was excellent!!!
