I was extremely disappointed in the fact that I added a hand truck and moving padding onto my order. Our order was placed weeks in advance. My husband and I picked up our truck and approved the order. It wasn’t until I got to my location with the truck did I realize that there was no hand truck and padding. I contact the store which I picked the truck up from and said we were supposed to have those items and they were not in the truck. He advised they didn’t have them and that’s why it was not in there. It was extremely aggravating that we were not provided with sufficient and/or ANY notice that the items were not available to make additional arrangements. We were expecting to have them since we ordered them. We were doing a move without the items to aid us in that. I am extremely disappointed in the service and lack of advanced notice.

I was charged for gas when I already put gas in the truck. Also was charged an extra $10 and changed for other fees. I will not be renting from this location again.

The people at Mail Boxes were wonderful to deal with, with that said the online part of u Haul sinks. I made a reservation on line and it sent me to another store for pick up, I check to make sure I did it right and I did, but sent me to another store, which was something I didn't want.. So I canceled the reservation by phone and they assured me it was canceled. I want to my preferred in person store and made the reservation for Saturday, the guy in the store was great showed me the reservation on the computer. When I returned on Saturday my reservation was mysteriously canceled. The guy in the store couldn't apologized enough and found me a van at his other store and again was great, but as for U Haul on line or other wise I would never use again nor would I recommend them. Truck share return. Return asks to drop key in lock box and later wants photos of mileage and gas gauge. Gas gauge does not show without the key. Revise instructions.

We experienced some confusion at check-in. I received a receipt today which did not match my "estimate." Upon clarification the site had billed me differently (because my original planned use had changed) and they actually saved me some money. I appreciate their efforts on my behalf.

I will not Rate the location, but I will rat the company it self and sheap and stingy the are, now remember this I will never rent from you again, You sent citation over $0.50 cents, you have to kidding me, I have paid the toll of $1.50 as you asked and sinceyou guys did not do your job so you got a citation or a greed and lazyness situation here. other than that your loction in wayne was good, but you are not.

The woman Diane who sent up the reservation for the van messed it all up. I had to go 7 miles out of my way to pick the van up after her telling me it would be only 2 miles from my house. The place that was suppose to have the van didn't have it. so that was an extra 12 miles that I had to pay for that I did not want to pay.

Everything great except I was charged for insurance even though i chose not to accept it. I followed up and was advised to contact Uhaul and will be issued a refund. No harm..
