Service through the app is easy to use from I needed for my move, receiving the truck was quick & simple from the start and to the point of return.
Kristopher GNeed an accurate picture of the key drop off. It is not the typical orange box, it's just a hole in their door that is hardly visible. Spent a lot of time looking for the key drop off.
Kimberly BMy only objection might be the pricing, but I know it didn't depend on the merchant at this location since I got the quote at another location and also online, so that comes directly from Uhaul, my previous experience was three months before from AZ to CA and was $ 300 plus taxes and insurance, total roughly 400.00, this trip from CA to AZ identical distance was $1007.00, more than double, a big concern.

Darrell AI used the mobile way to check out my rental. I felt it was very simple and easy to understand. I called the office in the afternoon because there was a discrepancy in some charges on my bill. I didn't get her name but she was very nice and professional and took care of the problem right away.

Lawrence GRental person was awesome. My issue is with the 15-foot truck that I rented. The driver's side door doesn't close completely and sometimes slightly opens while driving, especially over a pothole or uneven road. I had to open and close the door while driving to fully close it.
Gabriel BCars were filthy, the truck inside smelled atrocious, had to rent a bigger truck because the small one had a tire issue. They both didn't look like they've been used for some time, very unhappy with my experience at this location
