The proprietor was very helpful.
James MazeikaWhen I picked up the vehicle it was covered in snow that had iced over the windshield and roof. There was no equipment on the vehicle to remove the ice. So it took me an hour in the parking lot to scrape off the windshield with a credit card while using the defrost. Then when I got the truck moving the entire parking lot where the vehicle was parked was encircled in snow. No one thought to clear a path out. I was told the uhaul rep was out shortly before I picked up the truck but didn't clear the truck. I am a 63 year old woman renting the truck by myself.

sierra cruz1. Truck was covered in snow. Owner said "You'll need to let the truck run for 15 minutes so snow will melt off". I think truck should be ready to go at time of reservation. 2. I reserved a furniture dolly. I was told one was not available but he had one he could sell me for $35. Bad business to let someone reserve something and then make them buy an overpriced version of the same thing. Opener was very polite but not prepared

Truck broke down 4. No communication of towing when truck needed to be moved 5. Rude employees who offer no assistance This was a HORRIBLE experience for my move.

THOMAS MILLERThe gentleman at the location was amazing. He was very helpful and was a great representative of your company. The first truck we picked up was very clean however the check engine light was on and when I took it down the road it wouldn't go above 30 mph and was shifting very strange. I took it back and the gentleman got me a new truck. With the new truck he asked where I wanted to return it and I wasn't sure where so he said it really didn't matter where I picked that if I took it to any I haul place they would take it. When I went to drop it off the place I found wouldn't take it back I had to take it on the other side of town. That caused me to have to double back and ended up costing me more mileage. It wasn't a huge issue just added to a already long aggravating day.

Timothy Bruce AlbrightThe gentleman at the store is kind and very helpful, but the u haul was dirty. Coffee spilled all over cup holders and door. Steering wheel sticky. I actually wiped it all down with a antibacterial wipe. No way it should have been rented to me that dirty. Driver side doorlock doesn't work properly. Return went smoothly.

Emily WenrichTruck was the worst vehicle I have driven in my life, and I've owned over 40 cars of my own. And work on my own cars. I feared the entire time it was not going to make it. Suspension was not in good shape at all. mostly totally shot shocks, and also worn front end components. Makes me think uhaul doesn't inspect or maintain their trucks. Engine didn't run that good either. Definitely needs a tune up there too.

Franklin RamirezI had a horrific experience with renting a truck I reserved a 20 foot truck 4 weeks in advance and the last minute u-haul did not have my truck. I had to drive 65 miles to get a smaller truck than needed. And then the movers I paid for on MovingHelpers .com (u-haul) cancelled on me ...because their customer earlier than me in the day also did not receive their reserved truck and drove 30 miles to get another truck which put their moving schedule 3 hours behind ..and the movers just told me they couldn't make it to me !!!!! .....I will never use u-haul again.
