Quick and fast
Zer YInterior was dirty and it rode like a wheelbarrow. Also had very little brakes.

LAWRENCE RI brought the vehicle back with the same fuel level that was in it when I got it. I was charged $60 dollars for fuel. I consider this theft and want to dispute this $60. I will never rent from uhaul again and will let others know that they should not use uhaul
Robert BThe truck had the check engine light on, shifted hard (transmission), the brake release cable was broken, and because I had to park on the hill I was charged $20 for gas. This is unacceptable.

Jeffrey MThe owner needs to Tell the customer all charges. This business owner did not tell me that I would pay more to return the vehicle at the agreed time, which was. 30 minutes after he closed on a Saturday at 1:30 PM. Secondly, he charged me $25 due to dust on the drivers side floor from my shoes. I called him to discuss the charges - he's nuts. There are other UHaul places near me, I will never use this one again
Michael TWas told Location was open til 3pm. Showed up at 1:30pm and they were closed. There was no key return box so I called customer service. They transferred my to someone else (scheduling I think). When I explain the situation to them they instructed me to leave truck unlocked in parking lot with keys under seat. Gentlemen from closed location saw truck in parking lot and made contact with me because he can not have 26' trucks at his location and he stated uhaul was aware of this. Instead of making us call uhaul to find another location he kindly checked us in and drove the uhaul to another location near by for us and had to have someone follow him to give him a ride back. I need to rent 2 trucks and a car hauler next weekend. Due to this experience I plan to choose another company to rent from. Overall a terrible experience.
Camille YIt took 1 1/2 hrs to pick up the truck because the quoted price I received while making my reservation on line was not the price that the UHaul system pulled up. The gentleman at the store called the area manger twice left messages without any return call and called UHaul 4 times and spoke to different people at U-Haul nobody could take care of the problem, but all of the Uhaul personnel acknowledged and seen the correct price with my reservation number and had NO solution on how to fix the problem. I called 1-800-gouhaul and spoke to somebody myself and was able to fix the error, I think. I say "I think" because it looks like I have a double charge on my credit card that I will now have to call U-Haul again to try to get fixed. I have rented several trucks in the past year with U-Haul and would have to say this was the worst U-Haul experience I have ever had. In addition while going through the truck inspection the mileage in the online form was 29426 miles the actual mileage on the odometer was 106126 that was another hurdle during the process of picking up the truck because the U-Haul system would not let me put the correct mileage in on the online form. Uhaul pretty much gets a complete F for failure on this. With all being said a refund would be in order.
