elias cThe check out/In process is streamlined here, however the local rep here seemed disinterested is the whole affair. It's as if I'm doing them a favor by renting from their location. I would recommend them overall, but don't be surprised when they willingly take your money, but you are no friend of theirs. The Equipment; The truck had a shimmy or an out of balance tire on the front end above 50 mph. I would not have accepted that vehicle for a cross country trip.

starla mI have nothing to add to make this process or my experience any better. The location was open when I arrived at 6:55 am (and I was 5 min early). The gentleman working was ready for me and had my trailer ready for me. I was in the office less than 5 minutes signing and paying for the rental. Amazing as usual. I have no had a bad experience there yet. In addition, when I returned, everything was taken care of very timely making my time there minimal. Awesome interaction and rental!!

Kelly VWhen I called the place in Sunset Utah it was very hard to hear the man on the phone. He was in a place with a very bad ecco and there was a lot of background noise from the Free way or something. He was helpful though and got me a reservation for a car dolly in Layton.

James KInside of the trailer was dirty, showing no attempt to clean it. Outside was caked with dirt. I asked for a receipt verifying the equipment was returned in good condition, and he said it was only the same contract I received at the pick up time, and then told me he couldn't print it--so no receipt.
