Felix RMia's market location the only way to get a truck is by online the employees have nothing to do with u-halls. When I returned the truck the app would not load the pictures of the fuel level and milage there for I lost out on the remaining of my $100 deposit the uhall app needs improvement. I have yet to get a response from uhall.
Josh NI was charged a "SafeMove" fee. I assume this was additional insurance for my rental. I did not request it. I was not asked if I wanted it. I did not want it and I did not need it. I rented the truck for a total of three hours and drove 19 miles. I didn't need insurance. When using the automated system to check the truck back in I was given the opportunity to dispute the charge. I disputed it and was notified that a representative would contact me in the next business day. Instead, I received an email with my paid invoice displayed and the $16 included in the invoice. It's only $16 but I'm not pleased that I was charged this amount without knowing until the truck was returned. I should have been asked if I wanted the insurance. If it was not optional, I should have been notified that this was part of the charge when I picked up the truck.
Chris SWas not giving a dolly when I reserved one. The cargo bay was covered in dog food (not very clean) and the tank was nearly (practically) empty, it was so inconvenient that I had to go immediately to the gas station when I could have been packing.

Kurt RThe manager was kind and helpful but the location was not the one I chose and I had to pick up the car transport at a different location which I was not made aware of until after my reservation.
Caitlin DRecommendation for U-Haul: At the time a person goes on line to rent a van/truck from you PLEASE send them a email or make a phone call to the person renting with COMPLETE INSTRUCTIONS on how the process works! DO NOT ASSUME EVERYONE KNOWS HOW TO DO THIS!
charlene hthe personnel at the store were helpful but there was no one from UHaul around or has even tried to contact me to ensure the process was completed. We followed all rules and returned to truck 3 hours early and still no response or a discount for returning early
