I prepaid almost $1000 for a 26' truck with 2 dollies. I paid extra for the dollies. They didn't have the dollies at this location and would not refund me! They offered me a smaller version of what I paid for and told me that I owed them $20 dollars for them!!! Ridiculous! Awful customer service! Extremely dissatisfied with my experience with U-haul.

I will never rent another u haul from any location again.. I was charged twice for my rental and when I brought the u haul back the fuel gage was right where it was when I picked it up and they said it was not and I got charger another $25 that was supposed to be credited back. I paid the "holding charge" upon rental only to get charged a second time and to be told my "holding charge" will be returned to me within 3-5 business days from the rental date. But my thing is it didn't take u 3-5 days to take my money. And then take the holding fee out again plus some more

Pick up time was also opening time; this is not a good idea. We arrived prior to opening by 10 minutes; the Customer Service person at location discovered that our promised truck had not been returned at the time promised while we were there to get it (no time to deal with that prior to our arrival.) she did what she could; she rented us a smaller truck (only one available) which caused us to involve another private vehicle to complete our move. The diesel fuel for that vehicle ($60), plus the full tank on the UHaul ($75, and we only used 1/4 of a tank to move) added expense to our day. She did all she could to make it right; but needed time prior to our arrival to follow up on that truck.

Our location was great. We were only disappointed to hear you double charge if something comes up and you need to change drop off locations. Emergencies arise, highways are being repaired, travel is not always the best. It’s unfortunate that you make a customer pay double fees to change locations. It would be better customer service for clients if you only charged a slight up charge. I.e extra $100 or so. Your customers would be happier.

I was looking for a specific car dolly last minute on a Friday. With so many locations, U Haul was able to find one less than 15 minutes from where I needed it to move an antique car and was able to do so for around $50 which was excellent. Thanks, we will be using U Haul in the future

One of the worst experience I ever I had with Uhaul. 1. Wrong location 2. No update on location 3. No confirmation mail 4. No Self pickup option 4. Poor customer service (had to follow up 4 times but never got any satisfying answer. I am very disappointment with the service. I never got resolution on the complain that I had register. Complain No 1555877

I reserved a 15' truck and I didn't get a call confirming my reservation until 4pm the evening before I needed the truck when they told me they only had one truck available that was 26'. They acted like my reservation was originally for that truck, but I didn't have a choice that late in the day to say no to it. When I got the truck, there was a lot of trash in the cab and the furniture pads in the pack were all over the place.
