This is not a comment about the dropoff location but about UHaul Traffic. I got a call from Traffic while enroute complaining that I was three hours late, despite my having notified UHaul days earlier that I needed to extend the rental by a couple of days. Seems like there was a communications or tracking breakdown within UHaul. The agent was very combative and tried to frame this as my error, not yours. Also, a day is 24 hours, regardless of changing timezones. If I pick a truck up at noon Pacific, the dropoff time sold be noon Pacific, even if that's 3pm Eastern. Otherwise you're ripping off your eastbound customers. All this left me with a bad impression of your culture and operations. I'm going to look very hard for alternatives before using U hail again.

The staff here were super helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place if you enjoy staff that are a pleasure to deal with. Great job guys.

The trailer was fine. The outlet specifically the attendant not so much. His computer he says was acting up or the Uhaul site was not responding. He did not seem all that familiar with the process and what was needed to process my rental.

Some of the nicest people possible to have rented from. Will try to go there whenever possible.

They over booked the truck so we had to go out of our way to get a truck at another location. Make sure ALL locations know how to rent out a truck we spent 50 mins standing around because the depot in Carleton Place did not know what they were doing, did not know what equipment they had, or how the system worked. We also didnt get the TV packing box I purchased and no refund was offered. When dropping off the uhaul in st-isidore, it was suppose to be open but was not, when we called for help we were told to use the app to return the truck, the app did not work so we had to call once again just to be told to leave it there. Overall the experiece was horrible and so much more stressful then it needed to be.

Very upsetting experience. Although booked on line they had no record.of reservation. They did not have the vehicle. Requested a trolley they had none. Did not receive notice about trolly so could not make other arrangements. Vehicle very bad gas mileage.
