ANTHONY CI tried to do a pre-tow inspection at a different location (not Makk Tachnologies) weeks before through U-Haul, but the person I spoke with said to just show up 15 minutes early to get the trailer. The trailer had a smaller hitch ball than mine and a different brake connector. I had to go buy these items, which delayed my departure 2 hours. This was absolutely not the fault of Makk Technologies. They were extremely helpful!!!

Gbenga A20 mins late go open then said my truck was for some one else and they could not help me. Then after I left they called me back and said they could help me. Was past 10am by the time I left with a pick up time of 9am.
