This location was so easy and so friendly.
Geoffrey KThe uhaul truck I was issued had major transmission problems along with questionable braakes the tie rod part of the steering broke when i was half way through my trip. The damage and condition of the truck appeared to have not been inspected or maintained due to the over all functionality and condition of the tranmsimission and tierod. Me and my daughter could have been killed if we had been traveling at 55mph considering some of the large bridges and narrow tunnels we travesed through in Chicago. I can honestly say with out reservation, I will never use uhaul again in my life for any reason. However, I wouuld like to compliment the nice customer service people we worked with on the phone.
Curtis BOverall poor- below average. The Van I rented was not clean, check engine light was on and all 4 tiers low on air. Back bed was also not cleaned. I would not rent from this location again.
Jacqueline RMuch better experience at this end of the rental - could use a bit of signage out front, though. The difficulties getting the keys off hours was embarrassingly awful - enough so that I would never do that again.

Stacey BIt was impossible to open truck key lockbox. I was lucky to have pliers with me, it was the only way to pry the lock open. Just terrible!
Yury YMy U-Haul experience was extremely horrible. I was inconvenienced to go to two different locations to pick up the truck and trailer. Also was charged more than what was quoted. When I dropped off the equipment in Boynton Beach they quoted me half the price. U-haul ripped me off on the charges of the two pieces of equipment. I will never again use U-Haul
