Think you charge to much for mileage
Lawrence HaagI paid 175 at the start cause that what he said the estimate and I had to put gas in and that was out of my own pocket and he didn’t mention anything about another fee of 175 so I don’t known about going to this place

Brian GoebelWe had scheduled in advance to pick up our truck in Brookings, SD on Sunday. Our reservation was changed to Watertown (50 miles away from Brookings) with a Saturday pickup. Our daughter's college graduation was Saturday, so it was a bit inconvenient. the U-Haul team was very supportive, even though I was a bit frustrated. Other than the, great experience.
Kurt allenTrailer tie down 6" too short on one side, ratchet on other side kept coming loose. Truck tires low air pressure and windshield wipers just smeared the windiws, had to purchase new one.
Robert SavageSent me off with one tire on the trailer with only 15 psi in it. Saw the low tire halfway through the trip and inflated it to proper pressure which it held through the rest of the trip so obviously it was not checked before they let me take the trailer.

Scott BloomquistThis place was awesome. However the customer service in Fargo for the trailer we had originally rented was terrible. Making a move across the country requires the availability of a trailer. Plans cannot be changed the day before. We got lucky with a direct call to Charlies as the customer service in Fargo was awful.

Brandi EppersonMy experience with Charlie's Pawn was great. However, my experience with the home office which is located in Fargo ND was horrible! The afternoon before I was to pick up my U Haul trailer in the town located close to me in Minnesota (I had made that reservation 3 months ahead of time), I was informed by the Fargo U Haul office that I would have to drive to Watertown SD to pick up the trailer, meaning I would have to drive two states over to pick up the trailer!! I had to leave a day early to pick up the trailer two states over, and there were no apologies or discounts offered by the staff at the Fargo ND U Haul headquarters. Because the the Fargo U Haul headquarters' ineptitude, I will never use U Haul again and I have advised my family and friends of my terrible experience with the U Haul headquarters in Fargo ND.

Michael CrimThe online drop off process of needingy location when dropping off was a nightmare. After driving for five hours on a Sunday the last thing I needed was a check-in system that wasn't working. (Or I couldn't do it correctly.) Tried the u-haul phone call center and after 15 minutes on hold it was rediculas. Maybe you should prepare people for returning the truck since each location has different drop boxes. Some with codes needed some without I was forced to return Monday when they were open to return the key which should not have been necessary.
