I just handed the female keys and that was it and about an hour later I got the receipt which was up for discussion

They delivered the truck to me without gas and told me that I had to deliver it with a quarter tank. Apart from that I had to leave a deposit of 28 dollars apart from what I paid for the service. When I returned the truck with the same amount of gasoline that they gave me, they did not give me a refund of the deposit. I don't think it's a fair deal to pay for a service and also have to put gas in the car and lose the deposit money. It's a terrible service

This spot is across the street from a major Uhaul pickup station. I went to the bigger uhaul spot and tried returning my trailer and was told that I couldn't leave it there, and would be charged a pickup fee. 廊樂

Make it clear that you are not renting from a genuine UHAUL center but a franchise. This location displayed quality customer service and I would use again.

The bed was dirty with god debris and the front smelled like stale booze. The pricing was not better explained and I had to dispute an additional payment with my bank after dealing with a rude customer service call center. All in all was not a good experience.

Absolutely the BEST U-Haul experience ever! From Rental scheduling, to pick-up and return this was amazing - and I've rented from U-Haul countless times over the past 30+ years. I originally chose this location because it was between our new and old apartments. I can say without hesitation, that I would drive out of my way to rent from here in the future! Thanks so much!

The Uhul was Horrible and raggedy! The place smelled like pea!! It was horrible

Better web page. Be willing to move trucks to the closest available pickup point from the customer. Use a flat rate per day, even if it's higher and give a mileage credit. Example on a pick up truck charge $50 perdayand include 50 free miles.

This was a 3rd party location, and when the truck I rented broke down the person working at the station didn't know what to do. I waited 20 minutes for the owner to call me and tell me he had nothing to do with it. There was a lack of concern for the customer on their part, and these ppl even stopped answering the phone for me. I ended up calling uhaul who helped, and they had the nerve to still charge extra for gas and mileage even though I literally couldn't drive their truck to get all of my things. Really poor service

Go to the U-Haul location next door. This was a nightmare. No one knew how to hook up the trailer properly. I had to wait 1,5 hours for someone who knew how to hook it up to arrive to the location. Completely unprofessional. Never again.

The web based pickup process is confusing. Most of it should be done before the pickup. The convenience store person should not be the point of contact. A line developed six people deep as he assisted me.

It took forever for the guy to pull up my information it was the worries experience with Uhaul the transmission is slipping never never again

"You have to get truck frim Separate location, tthe Shell gas station, then had to wait for the guy to service 6 peop3 who came in after me, because he was the only one working?? Then the girl at Dupont location (Tameka) was very nasty, because she made an Errorin putting me down for insu3of $14.00, when i had already told her I had my Owb,so make sure that $14,09 Error is Corrected.

Next time let me know that it is t the Shell statin and that I would have to pay MORE money to have someone hook up the trailer Also, the trailer lights DID NOT work!

The agent didn't know how to hook up the trailer, said he'd never done it before. We had to put air in one of the tires when we got it home.
