M&B Quick Mart was closed at 2:30 in the afternoon. We had to wait approximately 1/2 hour to re-open. Employee was talking on the phone the entire check out process. He would suspend my check out and wait on other customers. Process took well over 20 minutes. The employee did not engage with me except to ask for personal information for the application. No "thank you" or anything. I reserved 12 moving blankets, only 2 were available. The Quick mart was old and dirty. Not a very nice experience at all.Daryl W.

I was sent to another location to get a truck and was told I could return it to any location. I chose the U-Haul place closets to my home and returned the truck there. The lady at the counter didn't check anything and told me just to leave the keys with the men outside. Then I get a charge of $190 for returning it to the wrong place. The lady should have checked me in and gone over this with me. Now I'm out $190 which I will be disputing with my bank and I will NEVER use uhaul again! This was the worst experience I have ever had!! Zero stars for them! I am very upset with the lack of communication and laziness of the staff! The location was 2 miles away from the pickup location and I was told I could return it to anyone. Had I known this charge would occur I would have driven the extra 2 miles and returned the truck to the original pick up location. I was blown off by the lady working the counter and now I'm out $190. I need that money to complete my move! I'm just discussed with this lack of communication! In addition to this, I was charged for 2 gallons of gas even though I put the truck above what I started with. This has been the worst experience I have ever had!Susan D.

I preregistered before I picked up still had to stand around waiting for half an hour while the paperwork/contract was done. I was then told I could not return the trailer to this same location. I tried to return the trailer to 2 different locations only to end up back at the pickup location. Stood around another 30 minutes while the clerk tried to get a hold of someone at Hual only to be told I could drop the trailer there. I spent an extra 1 1/2 and 30 miles trying to return the trailer. I rent from haul pretty regularly and this was the worst experience I have ever had.John P.
The guy working when i attempted to return the trailer was not helpfull. He told me he was not accepting trailers as he had too many. I checked my reservation and confirmed that i had a local rental with return to his location. He then told me that his system was down and he could not help me but i could leave it if i wanted. I left the trailer and went home. After getting home i attempted to find a number to call to find someone to check in the trailer. That is when i discovered that i could check in myself on line but i had to do so via phone at the uhaul store with location turned on my phone. So...i had to drive back to the store to check in wasting another hour. All of this could have been avoided if the guy at the store was not lazy and actually helped my. Counter agent was very unclear how to navigate the computer where the reservations are made. This was both at check in and return. Would not recommend.chris S.

I honestly had the worst experience dealing with uhaul rental. Extremely long wait in the beginning and then the lack of understanding and the wrong information and charges. I will never go back there again and will tell anyone I know never to go there.Damaris C.
maybe. There was a used mask and water bottle left in the cab of the truck. the box was dirty as well. they service tire light was on. Which I have been told every time I get a truck that it is ok...... as well as the trailer light.PATRICIA G.

Customer service is horrendous. Called multiple times each time was cold transferred multiple times per call no help at all. Gave up . Truck had no AC. Had a 3 hour drive in rush hour w a full load in the rain on I4 to Tampa with a fogged up windscreen due to warm air blowing out of vents extremely dangerous. 800 number is a total joke I discussed w agent at drop off location who was very helpful. I believe a full credit is in order this truck shows not be on the road w no ac and windscreen fogging issue .mick L.

I did not have a good experience with the service. First we noticed that when we accessed the correct U-Haul it was parked in a rural area. Not on the parking lot of the location. The U-Haul was filthy and the dolly we ordered was missing. After using the U-Haul and returning it to the desired location , there was no drop off lock box at the site. We had to return the next day and drop off the keys during opening hours. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience and services.Josaura B.

Unit with low air on tires, air machine broken. Person doing the transaction was very confused with the whole process. At the end he wanted me to put more gas from his store eventhough I had filled it. Not a pleasant experience.Alejandro T.

The pick up location guy would not give me the PAID IN FULL. uhaul charged me twice was there for over an hour arguing with his ass .I had paperwork receipt but he was to stupid to work his cracked broken tablet...I demand a full refund from u haul..this was horrible experienceROSE M.

When using the Online system for pickup, please be clear that a 2nd form of identification is required; such as a passport, utility bill, or even a secondary contact phone number. i was totally not prepared for that.William M.

Last truck was not showing mileage on the dashboard. I had to rely on whatever the clerk told me my mileage ended up at, surprisingly reading the receipt in my mail with a hefty amount of miles I didn't get to verify with the inexistent, not working mileage dialRicardo C.

This entire experience with UHaul has been a nightmare! I wanted a van to move one piece of furniture and ended up with a 20 ft truck that cost so much more and a lot more to pay for gas. And to top it all off the 15ft that we were supposed to get the keys were missing so they gave me the 20ft to rent instead. Apparently this truck/tag was registered in my brother's name since that was the truck for the reservation since nothing smaller was available. A couple of hours after returning the truck in a different area, we receive a call from a restaurant owner who said that the uhaul truck registered to me was found in his camera recordings for stealing bikes at his restaurant. This guy not affiliated with uhaul at all had my phone number, name, and the time the truck was returned (12:18pm and it was after 2pm when they called). What about privacy laws??? Rent with uhaul and they provide your info with anyone!! Extremely disappointed at the overall experience, especially privacy info provided to a random person, and the added expense because no one could figure out what they are doing. My card was charged twice so I'm hoping it will reverse itself so I don't have to deal with that also!james S.
Building was closed and could not contact owner. All lock boxes were wide open with no keys inside. The U-Haul that was assigned to us was blocked in by other cars with no one there to assist us moving them. It took over an hour into our scheduled time to get in contact with the owner and solve the issue.Justin A.

U-haul website crash several times and I lost 1 hour of my life waiting to resolve the issue. At the end, the personnel of that location resolved it internally by resubmitting my request to get my truck and hand truck done into the system.JONATHAN R.
