My property felt more safe with Tony than it felt with me! Tony was awesome, reliable and just genuinely a really good person. He was always willing to accommodate access after hours and was so easy going, he made the facility a more than worth it place to store my possessions.

Truck was well cleaned, excellent. Did have one issue: the speedometer malfunctioned for about 150 miles. It said that I was going 14 MPH while stopped at a stop sign. Also registered 60 mph but actually going 45, according to our trailing vehicle. Tow-haul might need adjustment. Suspension showing its age, rougher than our heavy duty pickup. Tow dolly worked well.

Tony was very professional and took the extra time to explain the features and how to use the equipment on the trailer, he hooked up the trailer to our vehicle as well . I would highly recommend Tony and this uhaul location

The gentleman at Edgewood, NM was absolutely exceptional. He went over everything with me, helped me in every way possible and explained every tiny little detail and helped me with the car Dolly. The world would truly be a better place if everyone exemplified stellar customer service like he did.

Well I have rented car haulers before for around $150. This same trailer was $400. I don't like being taken advantage of, just needed it overnight and was somehow charged for 2 days. When I questioned the price your rep said its because the last minute rental on a holiday. Seems to me I was taken advantage of, obviously no one else needed it but the price somehow went up. Thats like grocery stores raising the prices on toilet paper and paper towels when there was a shortage due to the covid 19. But they didn't do that, the price was still the same when it showed up. I will be buying a trailer and will at all costs avoid doing business with you again. ITS JUST BAD BUSINESS TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE

I have rented several times from Tony and have always found him to be both knowledgeable and personable. Tony had gone out of his way to assist me and my son in renting equipment. He is an EXCELLENT representative for Uhaul. I would highly recommend him for anyone who has rental needs!!!
