Be careful about renting from this location with the drive share app (or whatever it is called). We returned a truck at 2:30 am that was due back at 9:00 am. We followed all of the instructions. The very first screen says to drop the lock in the mailbox, which we did. We then took all required photos, and then were once again instructed to drop the lock in the box. We had already done that, and there were no instructions for the key, so we dropped the key in the exact same box. We received a call on Tuesday saying that they couldn't find the lock or key. It was past closing time, and I forget to call back, and we received the same call on Thursday. I explained that we had followed all of the instructions. Pam told me that we would be responsible for purchasing a new lock and keys. If their system is set up so poorly that the mailbox is accessible to another party, that certainly isn't my fault. DO NOT return to this location.

Joseph HBusiness was closed. Online check-in software didn't work. Calling required several minutes wait time, which I didn't have. Call-back service didn't work either - they called back twice and both times I was put on immediate hold. So, I just locked the truck, took a picture of the key and identifying numbers, and dropped the key in the lock box. Left the truck with a full tank of gas. Nothing else I could do to return the truck.
Clay HI ended up getting the truck dropped off after-hours, so I wasn't able to go inside and visit with staff. I did the drop-off via cell phone and it went smoothly.

galylene MI would recommend dropping off during their business hours if possible. Plenty of space for drop offs. The online process is smooth and easy. Make sure you're all done the checkout before you drop the keys in the after hours box!
Terry JIt was a drop off location, no one there to talk to. Area looks rundown. I felt uncomfortable leaving trailer without it being checked out. I would not recommend this place for rental or drop off.

Robin BWhen I arrived to pick up the truck a homeless person had stayed in the back of it. There was trash and stuff had been spilled inside the back of the truck and had a bad odor. The attendant kicked the junk out but I had to scrub it to get the smell out. The cab also had food in the floor board from the previous renter. The truck ran fine.

Joshua DI dropped the trailer off after hours and tried to use the online check in, but it didn't work. I tried calling the drop off location the next morning, but got no answer several times. Finally on attempt #6 I got through. They water very nice and helpful, but later charged me a $15 cleaning fee! I want this refunded to me, as I had to clean it prior to using it. The thing was cleaner than when I picked it up.
Gary WVery helpful with hooking up the trailer and unhooking it when I returned. He was very friendly and helpful with directions due to the road construction in front of this locations. I would highly recommend this location if you need a U-Haul, I will definitely use this location again if the need arises.
David CThese folks were very welcoming and nice. They helped me pack and unhook the trailer. SUPER SUPER great people. Will want to work with them when I rent a trailer next time.

Lori WLazy employees who don't clean the trucks. I left prescription eyewear in the truck which was then rented out. If they were cleaning and sanitizing the interior then why wear the eyewear overlooked. I had left keys on the UHaul key chain which were thrown out. I'm canceling all my business with UHaul. This includes 142 banks.

DEBRA JOffice was not the cleanest, not very inviting as it had flies all over the office. Although the help was very good the office was not welcoming. I reserved the truck and Dolly 3 months in advance at the Tulsa, Downtown location and I was bounced around from location to location in order to pickup what I reserved 3months in advance
Eddy RFirst trailer had a turn signal light malfunction but quickly recognized and switched to a different trailer. No problems with the trailer on the long trip.
ROBERT DUhaul changed the pick up time and location without acknowledging there was a change. New location sent me a text saying he was closing and did I still need the truck at 1pm. I was not scheduled to pick the truck until 6pm

JAIME MThis location was absolutely terrifying and I feared for my personal safety. First, it's located in one of the most dangerous neighborhoods in town. Second, when I arrived there was no one there to help me. Third, when I rang the door bell, no one answered expect a large vicious dog barking at me. Thank GOD, I didn't send my wife here. I cannot honestly believe you expect people to drop off equipment here. One of these days you're going to have a lawsuit on your hands when less aware person ends up robbed or a victim of violent crime at this location. This was even more frustrating knowing there were multiple other locations in the area that were way safer and I was forced to drop my equipment here. In the future, I suggest that your executives actually visit these places themselves and see if there's be OK with sending their children/spouses there before signing them onto your network. Absolutely disgraceful.
NICHOLAS NThe guy working was very pleasant and helpful. I had had a bad experience at the 3550 S. Sheridan location and was sent to this location. So glad I was. Very good experience.
SANDRA GI had originally ordered some boxes a box for my tv and some packing pads and the only thing I got when I picked up the truck was the packing pads 12 grey blankets. I would like a refund on everything else because I didn't get anything else. Also the door locks on the truck were broken when I picked it up they need to be fixed before this truck is rented again.

Feliciano MMark went above and beyond in giving me help. Literally I came walking in face covered in blood. I warned him ahead of time that an altercation had just happened between me and my ex-spouse and I was going to look like that. Think he could tell I was trying to hurry up and get out of town where I'd be safe and he facilitated and got me going ASAP. The world could just use more guys like him and your company that is blessed to have him.
