Great Price! Easy accessible to get in and out of! Easy payment system! Could use some more cameras and lighting in some areas. Overall satisfied with the services! Would recommend to a friend.

We’re very helpful in trying to resolve my issue after being told false information by customer service which cost me a huge unexpected price.

My main complaint is the rise in costs. Was $60 for years, then went $70 recently. Now I get notified that if I don't put insurance on my stuff AND prove it, rates will jump to $82 a month starting 01/01/2024. Time to move

I was told they were only open for 2 hrs in the morning, 8-10am. He didn't even know how to adjust the mirrors I had to tell him as I had rented a truck 7 weeks earlier. He did not do a inspection on the truck with me.

They had two locations with the same address and both of them had storage building on them. The way I came from I ran into to address I thought was the drop off spot but, the area to place the trailer was narrow. Later I past this location to discover that there was another location with the same address approximately a quarter mile down the road. I saw other U-Haul trailers there so I went back to the first location and pick up the trailer and brought it to the second location so I wouldn't get charged with dropping it off at the wrong location.

Lynne is the greatest! She was always available and took care of me when my account was hacked. She set up my new card in the system and was very professional and caring. When we had to move out of our unit, she walked me through the whole process. After 3 yrs of doing business with the staff, I can honestly say, they are awesome!!

He found that I had used the wrong trailer according to the ID number. He said he would handle it but it took over a week and calls from two other Uhaul places to get the mistake taken care of.

Pot holes need to be addressed. Going in and out of facility was a bit of a task.

On first arrival, couldn't get the door completely open. The latches on the door are damaged and need to be replaced. I never did have time to meet the manager there to show them the problem. However, it seems like that should be inspected before rendering it to someone. Also, I'd your in a moving truck or pulling a trailer, access is terrible because there is nowhere to turn around. You either have to back in from a busy road, or back out into a busy road.

No one was at location and the call I made to schedule the uhaul never said anything about mileage. My house is 40 miles from location so I would have used those miles just driving back and forth

Using the app to perform remote pick up is problematic. The area does not have good cell coverage. It took me about 25 minutes to complete. I had to drive away from the location to initiate the process then rush back to take pictures and other things. Uploading a picture of license was problematic.

Items were only in there for a month and everything was covered in rat droppings.

The only issue was the rats. They ruined several bags of clothes and 3 quilts. Other than the everything went well.

The staff was awesome to work with! This storage company does have cameras. The cameras do work! I would recommend using Manning for your storage needs.

Terrible experience, no one present at this location. If I would have known that, I would have selected another drop-off. No one to help unhitch, didn't know what to do, had to do it all via phone. Stepped in ant bed under all grass clippings. Just a storage location, no office at all.

The "operator" giving me instructions was more worried about what was on television than she was about getting me on the road. She couldn't answer any of my questions. And when it was returned she over chargeD me by alot. Which I'm sure I'll have trouble disputing

This was a drop off location with drop off box. The business was a gated storage facility. We could not get access inside the business area and had to leave the truck outside by the fence. I did not feel comfortable leaving the truck. I wish the site would have said this was just a drop off site with no personnel.

We picked our reserved truck up & it was on Empty. They said they would credit our account $35...it took over $75 to fill up the truck. After we returned the truck on time, We were charged for an extra day that we did not ask for or use & instead of them making it right immediately they said it would take a few days to fix & we really needed that $. They should have refunded us the $ right away.

The facility is not secure. No fence, no gate, no cameras... I canceled my reservation once I found out it wasn`t secure.
