Once again a business that has U-Haul as a secondary business. The place is a Marathon gas station. One attendant who allowed me to write down the milage. He never inspected the truck ( although there was no damage for sure)He stayed behind the cash register conversing with customers and directed me from there. I hope all will be well here and there are no surprise charges to my card.

Not charge me 3 times for the single purchase and then inform me that it could take up to 6 business days to be reimbursed! I understand that mistakes happen but I have pending charges on my credit card for over $345 when it should have been $115. Also the location at Sullivant ave is borderline scary and the gentlemen inside, while friendly, don't seem to have a clue as how to complete your rental order. And maybe allow people to pay online so their credit card isn't swiped 3 times and they are triple charged.

While the website and a text message told us to return the u-haul to this location, when we arrived, the workers refused to take it, saying we had to return the u-haul to the location listed on our original paperwork instead. We then had to drive to the new location and call u-haul to figure out what to do with regards to returning the vehicle. It sounds like a mix-up between u-haul and the location, but it made it very frustrating to return the truck.

We arrived to pick up our truck at noon, the time we scheduled. The attendant at the gas station had to call someone and wake them up to give us our uhaul. It took him half an hour to arrive, making us return the uhaul late where they then tried to double charge us for the time. Avoid renting your uhaul from this location to avoid an even bigger moving day headache.

I was pleasantly surprised that they had new trucks and they were well maintained. It was provided to me with the gas full and they were very friendly.

They never went over the mileage with me before or after I utilized the vehicle. I have not idea how many miles they are charging me for, but I only used 8 miles. I feel this was very unprofessional and would like contacted by U-Haul. 614/745-7072 Thank you!

When I called and told what I needed the 2 people told me I couldn't use the equipment. Told me it wasn't set up to haul it. Later, I find out, I could.

Very busy store. Bit of a language barrier. Truck smelled like smoke. Wasn't familiar with the Internet and equipment so check In took 30 minutes.

The service at this location was great! We were helped in a professional, courteous, friendly manner, and the gentleman behind the counter was knowledgeable. The process took a long time, so that wasn't ideal, but because he was so friendly about it, we didn't mind too much.
