I was charged for 6 moving pads and I did not receive them. The charge should be removed.Gail S.
Van was very dirty. Full tank was completely empty (below 1/8) and tires were low as well. The person in charge didn't recognise my name, even thou I showed him my phone with the Uhaull info. It took over 15min for him to handle me the keys. In total, it took me 1h to get the van. The phone app is crap and ask again for all the information that I had entered before when I did the reservation. On the return, it was simply impossible (the app wouldn't accept the photo of the odometer). When I called customer service, they said there was a 15min wait, but they only called me back 1h later. The representative didn't do anything, and sent my call back to the initial menu. First time I used UHAUL and also the last time!!! I don't recommend Uhaul, and I don't recommend this location either.Henrique D.
Reservation was made for 0730 however I wasn't able to get the vehicle until 0900. The overall experience was frustrating I would not recommend and look for alternatives to UHaul in the future.Michael B.

It's almost impossible to pick up the rental because he is taking gas station customers. I returned my rental well before 6:40 however I had to wait until he got a break in between customers to check it in which resulted in me being charged for an additional day. I should not be charged for a whole extra day because he is single handedly trying to run uhaul and this gas station and is overwhelmed abs not very tech savvy. I have not been to a uhaul dealer That had to call in my reservation in years.Candice P.

This location cancelled my reservation with no explanation. I had a reservation for 8:30am. I didn't get any notification until 4:45pm. My day was totally ruined by this location, although they fixed the issue an hour later. This location will never get my service again.DANZELLE S.
It didn't have a ramp, I had to improvise and therefore it took me longer than expected. I was charged extra for returning later. The track was missing equipment it was not my fault.Carlos V.

I put more gas in the tank than was originally shown when the van was initially rented. In cases like this I think U-Haul should issue a credit back to the customer for the overage.TAMMY M.
First thing the gas station tech asked me to wait 30 mins pass my appointment time because he was the only person there.. He helping me then the gas customers.. Then my credit card I use to place to order didn't go thru so I was rude because he telling me that I couldn't use another credit card and told me I had to call customers service..I did and the rep told me I could and had the rep explained it to him...she stayon the phone until I had my paperwork... After I got my van the vehicle was dirty I call the toll free no# explained to the rep she written it on the account... After I return the van to 9400 LS road by 5pm on the 3rd Sept.. The store clerk said I was okay..I left and the next day I get a call from uhaul stating that I didn't returned the vehicle...I was charged on my credit card on the 3rd September... And on the extra on next 2 days... I will not come back there not even for gas... Not please at all.Linda T.
This location was horrible! I got there at 6:13 and had a 6:30 reservation. The man at the desk told me I would have to wait 25-30 minutes because this was the â€œbusyâ€ time for the gas station. He was rude and took every customer that came in the door while slowly entering my information in the computer even though I had already done the reservation online . When he handed me the keys that was it no instructions, rules guidelines nothing . He just said â€œit's in the back â€œ.Veronica T.

I returned the equipment before close of business around 9pm and I was still charged next day safe move insurance. That's absurd and odd to me. The equipment was at the rental premises and the agent acknowledged that.Adeboye F.
