It would have been nice if the attended came out to inspect the vehicle when I returned it and gave him the keys. I asked for a receipt and if I owe more money or will I get any money back he stated, I don't know take it up with uhaul. Then he never completed the return of the vehicle on the date the vehicle was returned 11/27/24. I rented the vehicle on the 11/19/24 and extended the rental to 11/27/24. Each time I called the payment increase its should have included the tax, insurance and whatever it cost for the day along with the promotion rate. It took 3 days, and 3 to 4 phone calls to get my ending receipt along with additional charges automatically coming out my account. So know I will not recommend this location to anyone. Very poor customer service.

dillon oTruck was fine. Employees were nice. But the truck hardly had any gas in it when I got it, which was not a big deal. Before returning it, I filled it to where the gas was when I received the truck, but since it was only about a 1/4 tank and nobody looked to see check that it wasn't full when I got it, they assumed I didn't fill it and charged me to fill the tank and then charged me a fueling charge on top of it.
Tammy BTerrible terrible experience! First, never told gas was on complete empty and I needed to put gas in even though pick up was at a gas station., or that it was due back with a quarter tank even though I picked it up on empty. Worst of all, I was overcharged by approximately 140 miles when I drove the truck 31 miles. When I got the receipt I was outraged and called the manager at Marathon Gas. He abruptly told me he could nothing about it and said called to U-Hail even though they read the odometer. Then I has to waste an hour of my time on the phone trying to straighten this mess out. Horrible experience!
Michael HI felt that truck could have been wiped down in side the driven area the steering wheel and the gear shift , was like stickie , but I had my own wipes and wiped it down, I guess you can’t expect more than that

Cindy MSpent 3 hours trying to simply pick up a trailer that we rented a week prior and was told was ready to pick up. Was told numerous reasons why this had occurred but none of it makes sense or should have been a problem I had to deal w/. We were out of state and this delayed us big time and got us caught up in terrible traffic.

Lisa SThe employee who was in charge of Uhaul had no training regarding it. Literally, knew nothing. Had to wait for another employee to evantually come over and assist. And even then there was problems getting though the process of picking up a van.
Albert MI was also double billed on my card and recipe says only half showed my statement so now waiting to see why doubled charged I rent at least 6 times a year and needed one next month but not sure if will be using after this time
Daniel TI accidentally added safe move(my daughter actually) and didn't notice til after she checked the truck in. The guy at uhaul before I left the location told me to just call and they will remove it, then I was told I had to do it after I returned the truck. I checked 2 separate times and told the same thing. After I paid several hundreds of dollars and I was told it was my fault and now it's my problem. They don't know why I was told 4 times by their employees it would be removed but it's my problem. I will never use this company again.
