All the service I received at this location was great. I do not have any recommendations for improvements.

I received an extra charge for less than a dollar for extra mileage at $0.40 a mile, after being told by the pickup location it would be $0.99 a mile. Again the misinformation between placing an order online, speaking with customer service reps and making reservation then speaking with the pickup location was very frustrating.

The owner of this location is who handled the reservation for me. Or if all of three times I have rented a truck, I have never had anyone be as friendly, nice and accommodating as him. When I need another uhaul truck, I will only rent from him.

This pick up location did not have the necessary tools to make changes needed to attach the trailer to my car. The Hitch that I originally purchased from Uhaul was not the correct size in order to tow this trailer so I had to drive over an hour to buy a new hitch to be able to pull the trailer. It also took over an hour to get the trailer attached and get the paperwork completed before I could go home.
