There should be a place to drop off the key. If you return the UHAUL after hours there isn't a dropbox available.

It is a gas station drop location. Had to go across town 3 miles to a full dealer to get furniture dolly to unload truck. Revommend list this location ad a drop spot only, no pickup or other equipment or supplies available. Dealer store on norfleet should be primary -if not only-pickup drop location. It opens at iam closes at 530pm vice 11am to 5pm

The Senatobia, MS BP U-Haul rep was very courteous and accommodating to my needs which was most appreciated. I will definitely use this location again should the need arise.

From the first moment that I arrived things didn't go smoothly. I was given an attitude about paying with a check despite the fact that U-haul had approved this method of payment. We are a booster organization for the school marching band. Then when I returned the trailer I had to unhook it and physically pull it into the spot they wanted it placed in. I'm a disabled woman, this was not easy and was extremely painful. I doubt that we will rent equipment from this location if we don't absolutely have no other choice. I don't blame U-haul. I blame the location.

Truck was reserved one week in advance. Day I was to pick the 26ftstore truck up it was not there. I had to drive 30miles out of my way to get a truck. The right mirror. Was broken lucky I didn't have a academy. Not happy with the first part of. My move end was fine.

I had to wait almost 2 hours for the paperwork to be done after driving 2 hours to get thereafter my truck wasn't at the location promised. The truck was filthy on the inside.

The folks at BP Senatobia were very courteous and responsive and great to work with. The trailer was clean and worked flawlessly. My experience in getting the trailer was however less than desirable. I made a reservation in Oxford in advance and expected to pick up the trailer at a location that was convenient. Two days before my arrival U-Haul notified me that the location of the trailer I was supposed to be renting was not in Oxford but in Holly Springs - approximately 30 miles away. The day before I was supposed to pick the trailer at that location - I called to make sure it was available and then discovered that it in fact was not available and I was then referred to "dispatch" to determine an alternate location. Being on a tight time schedule approximately 800 miles from home, I indeed became concerned that I might not even get a trailer. After frantically calling "dispatch" I was informed that a trailer had been located in another town approximately 15 miles from Holly Springs in Senatobia. I did secure the rental there however the "runaround" I experienced was extremely frustrating and very poor customer service to say the least! I would think that U-Haul would have trailers or alternates in reserve to mitigate the risk of availability but I guess logisitically thats not somehting they can or will consider.

Check in person was not at location. We had to leave with gas station attendant . We got a call later wanting to know where we were going to drop off, though we had dropped it at 10:18 that morning.

Don't use this agent. They don't care about the customer and no one is there that knows how to do the uhual rentals.

Not much. Service was excelsior. I quite honestly have never been this impressed from a transaction. Starting from the call center lady who found me a cancellation too the the rental co. Person. This doesn't happen often in the service industry.

There was no one who knew how to process the uhaul rental. I had to go back home reserve it online; then go back to the store and the clerk had to call uhaul to have the transaction processed.

Don't make the customer stand around and wait while you are on the phone sitting on hold. Then when you rent a trailer, help hook it up instead of making the customer wait AGAIN while you deal with a beer vender. I'm moving and I'm in a hurry, deal with your venders on your time not on my time. I was here first!! Then I had to track you down again and ask you to come help me hook up the trailer. Step it up a little!!

I rented the truck for two days and only used it for one. I spoke to a U-Haul representative she said there would be No Refund for the unused time. I believe this is bad business. I will never rent from U-Haul again unless this is fixed.

When I picked up the truck, the person that registered me, failed to tell me that when I added gas to the truck that all i needed to do was look at the paper to know how much to add back into it. Therefor I added too much gas, and I am not able to get any kind of credit for the gas.

The person at the BP station was a younger person and really didn't know what he was doing. He had to call the owner to find out what to do, which is not a big deal, but he kept waiting on other people instead of taking care of me. It took 45 minutes to return the truck..I finally had to tell him to quit waiting on other people and take care of this or we might still be there......

We actually reserved online to pick up in Oxford, MS but had to go to Senatobia. Very inconvenient!! People at Senatobia pick-up location were very friendly and helpful.
