The trailer was somewhat clean. There was dirt and debris at the front. I had to sweep it out. Great location in Roseneath. Very friendly and helpful.

I did not receive confirmation of drop off until the following Monday even though I dropped the trailer off on Friday. The location is nearly impossible to back a trailer into due to the busy road and location.

There was no Marbell Motors. The address provided is called something different. There was no where to park the 15' truck. The guy who came outside was of no assistance at all, but luckily left in a small car. If I wasn't a large truck driver with a co-pilot to help in guiding me. This truck would have had to be left on the highway.

The truck was soo dented and damaged. The location is too busy to park. I couldn't get into the truck because the driveway was soo narrow.

I was charged for 2 days when clearly I had it for less than 24 hours 24 hours your agent was not available and we had to go back 2 times before we got paperwork and probably didn't pick it up until one O'clock not happy about another charge that we were never agreed upon at $16,95 never agreed

Limited amount of space to hook up the trailer - on a busy highway. Two attendants were very helpful, friendly and did a great job. Satisfying rental experience.

I rented a tow dolly last minute on Saturday morning and the man was incredibly helpful and nice. We got everything figured out over the phone smoothly before I went to pick it up. Overall I had a really great experience renting from this location, I highly recommend !
