I needed a U-haul last minute and was able to get a 15ft on the same day. The lady was nice and explained everything well. I was beyond thankful and relieved that I didn't have to travel out of the city to get a same day U-haul. I will definitely be renting from them again soon.

Rent a spare tire for trailer and have a phone number to actually talk with someone when you sit 4 1/2 hours on interstate with flat tire.

Make sure you GPS the location. While easy to follow a GPS route, it could be difficult to find by merely seeking the location by only the address.

I got charged extra mileage due to me having to pick up the van so far from my house due to availability I do not understand why I should have been charged for the extra mileage due to that I picked van up in Marion Ar and had to drive to moro Ar to my house to load van then to Boston ga to my new home then to Thomasville ha to drop off why was I charged

a rental that should have cost $30 plus mileage plus the insurance ended up costing $103,93 + 52.88. the truck was at the site by 9:25am the next day. The app would not work on the phone so we ended up calling in to the 1-800 number to finish the check in which was another 30 minutes which then i was charged another days rental for being on the phone getting help which is advertised and then we have to pay for help. Very disappointed.

We enjoyed doing business with you. I had passed your place many times and never noticed the trailers out there but we are from Cairo, and your store right off the bypass, was quite handy. The only improvement might be to give a LITTLE more room to put trailers back when delivering them. Also, for U-haul, put some tongue jacks with wheels on your trailers.
