YOU HAVE THE WRONG ADDRESS FOR YOUR OWN LOCATION! It took me 10 minutes going the wrong way before I realized the address you gave me didn't exist. I called the location only to get a "oh, yeah, they have our address wrong. Google us by name and you'll find us." I did, and it was another 20 minutes away. (The correct address is 22 W 6400 North.) And then they closed out my ticket and didn't even remove the trailer. I had to do that myself. There was another location not listed that was far closer to where I was - I could have avoided 30 minutes of driving with an empty trailer. I'm amazed you don't even know the addresses of your franchises' locations. That's a really bad business practice.

We needed an adapter to hook to the truck. 1- We were not told to check or that it might be different. 2 - She did not what we were talking about 3 - She gave me a phone number to call another location. Why didn't she call to see if they had the adapter? 4 - When I called the other location, he told me I had to buy the adapter at a auto part store. 5 - We had to drive a couple of way illegally to a store to buy a $15 dollar part that we should have been told about before we picked up the trailer. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I selected mobile pickup so I wouldn’t have to go in and could be as quick as possible. However when I got there I received an alert that I had to go inside for assistance. The truck I had reserved hadn’t been properly returned by the front desk girls. I sat there while the girl texted another girl because their computer password had been reset and she needed the new password. Once she was logged in she said I needed to wait for the other girl to get there to take my card (even though I’d already entered it online when I made my reservation a couple days prior) since she couldn’t take my payment, for some reason. Once the other girl got there she was just as slow moving as the first girl, no sense of urgency whatsoever despite me being there waiting for 15 minutes. They told me I could return the truck to any U-Haul location. Upon completion of my move, I attempted to return to a uhaul place close by. He told me I had to return it to the original location. I returned to the original location and told the girls about the issue. They assured me I should have been able to return anywhere and that I wouldn’t be charged extra. They showed me the invoice and I agreed to the amount. Two hours later I get an email that I was charged more than what I’d authorized. I called and they explained it’s because they checked the meter and charged me for the miles. I told them they can’t charge me more than they quote me and I shouldn’t be penalized for being told wrong info. She suggested I call U-Haul because they couldn’t adjust the payment. I asked her to since it was her responsibility to rectify the situation of me being told wrong info. She said she would and call me back. I called back the office later that day before closing and they wouldn’t pick up my calls. I got ahold of someone at the storage facility and he said he’d leave a message for a manager to call me back. Week later and have yet to receive a call. One of the worst customer service experiences of my life.

Parking lot/storage area was large with plenty of space to turn around, park, etc. which is super nice for big vehicles and trailers. Front office was clean and inviting. Facility rep was very helpful.

Booked it online and declined insurance coverage but when I showed up it took around 20 minutes just to get the keys and they said that the insurance coverage was on the reservation and they couldn't take it off. Crazy.

there were two trailers there for me to rent, one was completely broken and the other had an electrical problem. I brought the trailer back after about 8 hrs of use (having rented it for 12 hrs), I spoke with the rep answering after hours calls since the location was closed. they told me to just park the trailer, put my copy of the contract in the drop box and they would fix it on Monday. I made sure to verify that I would not incur late fees and she assured me that I would not. I get a copy of my bill on Monday and I was charged for having the trailer for all three days. and an additional late fee. Here I try and follow all the instructions and now I have a $100 bill that is 3 times what it should be. I called to fix the issue and get an answering service that can't help me. Now I have to spend extra time trying to figure all this out. Very frustrating!

I dropped the trailer off after hours. I call U-Haul as I was dropping it off and they recommended I leave it. So I did. Much to my dismay, I got a call later saying it had been stolen. However, the U-Haul rep covering that facility was incredibly helpful and made me feel better about the fact it was gone and that I had done what I should have done in that case. I would definitely rent from U-Haul again and would recommend both facilities.

We dropped the equipment off at the location but nobody was there to assist us. It was a holiday after all. We left a message on voicemail but nobody returned the call. I did however get a confirmation from uhaul that contract had been completed.
