Don't go to Chevron Station and use bathroom facility next to Uhaul before you start on your move. So fifthy. Beyond nasty. Can't believe Chevron allows this.GLENDA P.

The facility was disorganized and unclean. There was no check-in counter or designated space for customers. Customers were asked to step into the office doorway where other employees were constantly needing to walk through.CALLYN F.

They were late, the uhaul was not clean. They drove the truck into another truck. It was not a good experience.Annalyn S.
The storage area is way too small and hard to maneuver. When I was to return the trailer, there was not enough room to leave the trailer and I was told to follow an employee to a new location which was about 5 miles away and they ran off and left me. Then I had to call and get directions. This is no way to treat a customer.Archie A.

When I arrived I was supposed to be able to pick up my van by using the app on my phone, but the app didn't work. The office was closed, but there was a number posted on the door so I called it. I was told that my rental was not in their books (I had booked Aug 2 for Aug 14 pickup and had a confirmation number). The manager indicated that he was only making a couple of dollars off my rental so it wasn't worth paying an employee to open the office and sort it out. Despite this, an employee I spoke to did come to the office and take care of my rental (she said it wasn't posted to their location until after they had closed). The employee went above and beyond to get me the van. Not sure I would ever trust a uhaul rental again, though since you can't always count on running into that rare person who related to how stranded I felt and helped.debra S.

The drop off is next to a gas station. It is very small and it closes at 3pm. You have to drop your rental off at an overflow lot that is difficult to find, due to road construction. It's basically just an open field.WILLIAM C.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I booked my reservation ahead of time and took almost an hour for them to get the keysâ€¦ The truck was there the whole time and as soon as I got in I noticed there was only about half a tank and the tire pressure was low in EVERY tire. I will never be using uhaul after this experience. Unbelievable.James B.

Truck was clean. Easy to utilize. Parking upon return was extremely difficult due to limited U-Haul parking. Issues with using the U-Haul app for after hours return.Jewell D.

I called the day before my rental to ensure everything was in order because I was told that I would be contacted the day before my scheduled pickup. When I saw no email and no phone call, I proactively made the call 5x to the storage place that I was scheduled to pick up at. No one answered and I had to have my daughter drive over to make sure the truck was there. It was not and she called and said they didn't have anything for us. I had a flight and hotel already booked and only after I complained enough did the regional manager find a truck for me. Charles was very nice and helpful but if Uhaul didn't have a truck available, why didn't someone contact me or tell me at the point of reservation that nothing was available at that location, on those dates? If I had not been proactive, I would have flown assuming that my reservation was fine and arrived with no transportation back to TN. The Oxford location added insurance to my reservation (which I had declined during my online booking). I spent over two hours trying to solve for my missing truck so that I could move my daughter's furniture back home and when I spoke with a Uhaul agent, her comment to me was that they were just busy. A lot of wasted time and effort on my part when very few people from Uhaul were willing to help me. Everything these days is blamed on COVID and shortage of labor. If you are not able to handle the business, the trucks should not be available to rent. Now I have to fight over getting the insurance refunded. This is a mess and could have easily been avoided.Amy M.
Upon arrival, saw signs saying we had to take to another location or incur a 50 $fine. After a long day of moving, its unacceptable fo show up at your agreed upon drop off location to this. I will not be using U-Haul again.Richard N.

Treat customers like they are important. And if you have a truck available or if a person have reservations, don't let the truck get rented by someone else while you're on the phone with someone who's trying to rent it. Also don't call customers to offer them the wrong size truck and then kick them out of the system because they don't take it. First time using U-Haul. The app won't let you tell U-Haul that something is wrong. Prices are good but truck was smoky and the steering wheel was sticky. The U-Haul had old pictures of the truck where it was dented and I couldn't acknowledge that it was fixed. But the convenience and price are good. The app is too slow. Neither side mirror on the driver or passenger door would stay in place. I constantly had to let down the windows and adjust the mirrors 124 miles worth of riding. It was a dangerous experience.SHANARRA M.
