Had some trouble taking pics in the app but the business owner that rented the U-Haul to me helped me out by doing it on his personal phone. I'd definitely rent again from this location/U-Haul.
Aimee RaymondThe gas gauge read an 1/8th of a tank upon check in. The truck was actually on empty. I added $25 gas at 1st gas station I came to which put it at an 1/8th of a tank after driving my total of 7 miles. I was worried it wouldn't make it to the gas station when I picked it up
ALEX WILLIAMSIt was a very casual and comfortable experience. There was a tiny spot of a dribble of someone's drink or something in one of the consoles compartment that could be easily missed but other than that the vehicle was in great shape. Again, it was a good experience!

Chris MollenI returned this U-Haul to you at 7:00 pm on Saturday 11/19/22. Why am I being charged for an additional day? Your receipt is showing returned in 11/21/22 which isn't true. I also have my own full coverage insurance and I told the Agent I didn't want any additional insurance. You need to adjust your bill to the correct totals or I will report you to the Better Business Bureau. I also have the picture I took at the time i returned the U-haul and it is dated for 11/19/22!
Barbara GibsonLocation yes uhaul no. I reserved a 26ft truck for 9am. I received a call saying not going to be available. Then I was sent to 4 different places to pick up smaller trucks each time was told not available. Finally got a 15ft truck and had to make 2 trips instead of the one that the 26ft truck would have taken. Very disappointing experience
JOSEPH SPIKERWe had to check the uhaul in online because we didn't make it to the return facility before they closed. The final fuel level was the same as when we picked it up, however they wanted to charge us $10 for fuel. I disputed the charge and it said a customer service rep would call me the next day. The next day I got an email with the "new" rental contract showing the $10 fuel charge without ever having spoken to the customer service rep who was supposed to call.

Luke CulbertsonTruck was out of alignment and caused excessive vibrations throughout the trip. Can had drink spill messes on the center arm rest. The truck seats were comfortable and the truck's power was sufficient for the trip so bar all bad.
adam finnBecause you guys didn't have a truck available in the location I selected I had to add an extra 16 miles of driving which cost me more. I think it's a little ridiculous that because you guys don't have your shit together I have to be inconvenienced and pay more. You could at least waive the extra mileage since you were under prepared to service a customer
CODY SPENCERDrop off location was closed due to be a holiday weekend. But there was a drop box & the U-Haul app was excellent in walking me through returning the Truck.
MICHAEL SMITHWe were charged an additional fee for going over our mileage. This location was not the closest for drop off. Not Evansville's fault, its Owensboro's fault. However Evansville could have been more helpful, told me it would be a $16 up charge because we went over in mileage but ran my card for $23. I will find a different service next time.

Thomas BeckertI rented a dolly and did not receive one. The side mirrors on the Van were broken and did not stay in place. The driver's seat had hair all over it (looked like pet hair).

Cathy idleI regretted renting it due to not checking with A friend to help. When I tried to return it shortly after, I could get no refund. It all worked out the car was picked up and delivered on the car dolly. The lady in charge of Martin declined my refund the man working was helpful. Be sure you can use it before you pay. No refunds.

Myron KenoyerTried to send us out if there with no turn signal!! Was told we "might have wrong trailer "...??? How are we suppose to know if they don't!!'...Had a blow out on same trailer!... sounds like this trailer should of never left the lot!!! Waited 3 hours for help!! Picked it up with less than half tank of gas then when we returned it on other end with that same amount in it we were called out in it being returned with out a full tank!!! We ran around this area fro yo find drop off location only to be turned away because we were given wrong information on stop off instructions!! When we first contacted uhaul and gave them information on our move we were misguided for truck space and ended up having to rethink and regroup with our move plans .... the day of causing more stress!!.. We had to make arrangements to haul another trailer.. more cost to ya than if the accuracy of our needs Willy's of been determined better!! NEVER AGAIN U HAUL.. oh I forgot to mention the chains were dragging the ground and when I brought it to their attention I was told they are suppose to be that way!.. Really??.. I realize there needs to be slack in them but to drag the pavement for 750 mile trip would cause damage to them and could spark and cause a fire!!! Gahhhhh!! Listen to me people!! Owner was terrible he is one trying to say signal lights would take too long to fix?? When I insisted then they magically fixed it??? He was very unfriendly and not very communicating.. His help was excellent though!!

Emilio VarelaService rep. was poorly trained and confused. Took my drivers license to copy and failed to return it. I discovered I didn't have it when I arrived in Salem IN. I called and he discovered his mistake and said he would mail it to me. I am concerned for I am flying out of town at end of week and will need my license for I.D.
