I was told to call this retailer and see if they would take the trailer. Couldn't get ahold of anyone so we took a chance and dropped it off. I was charged $1,07 because it wasn't delivered to the right place that was told.

SCOTT D.Inaccessible and difficult to find. We had to go an hour round trip from our requested area in order to pick it up as the location was changed. When I called the customer service line to ask a question about pick up, I was treated very poorly. The associate who answered my call was extremely rude and acted as if I was stupid. My mom also called customer service and was hung up on mid-sentence when she was asking a question.

ALAN B.Pickup location wasn't correct had to drive 45mins from where I was loading to get the truck. Martin's had one person to service 4 people. Dolly was parked in a back alley with broken chains I had to swap out.. overall I ended up with a sour taste using the app to rent this uhaul and in the future I'll always do it in person.

cathie B.Make sure they are aware of costs. Gas was $4+ a gallon. Cost 31+ to go 20 miles. Cost was 19,95 per day but was charged 71.00. Why? Felt u haul takes advantage.

Benjamin Y.They had an issue with their connection to the U-Haul system but were very kind and pleasant to deal with. They didn't do the walk-around to check for damage and I needed to ask them to show me how to use the ramp.
Heidi D.There should be in case of emergency number to reach someone after hours. I was on hold for 20 minutes trying to get the key from the 24/7 lockbox. After much effort of a good customer service rep, I was transfer to management, that had to reset my reservation. All employees of uhual should know that if you are 60minutes past your pick up the reservation needs reset. In the future I will work with a person during normal business hours and avoid technology driven service if possible.
