I was quoted $120 and confirmed it on 915 when I made telephone reservation and I went in person to the Gand Rapids, MN facility on 9/22 to confirm it again. On 9/24, I received a text that my pick up location changed from Grand Rapids to Cohasset and when I picked up the truck on 9/25, the rate increased from $120 to $172. U-haul committed a bait and switch and I believe it is illegal to do this.
