Nicholas LaffertyLocal mechanic shop. The woman helped me out greatly by reserving a 15 foot moving van and tow dolly so I could get my vehicle home to Columbus, OH. On the rental day, the mechanic pulled out the van and hooked up the tow dolly for me. They also allowed me to go back to my hotel and get some things while it sat in the lot. Merci.

Lisa CourtneyFire every one of the idiots who designed your mobile app! It is not ready for prime time! It took four freaking hours, I say again, hours to finally get the stupid code to access the key to the truck I reserved. It took not one, not two, but three customer service reps to work around that stupid system you conned me into using. First, when calling to advise that the app does not work, I am advised that I have a 5-10 minute wait, but that I can request a call-back without losing my place in the queue, and when I select that option, I am told to expect a call back in 30 to 50 minutes! When I finally did get called back, I was told to hold for a customer service representative and then remained on hold for 50 minutes more! When I finally was connected to the very helpful, but ultimately powerless Kaitlyn, and was coached through using the website, not the mobile app, your website continually crashed, and when it wasn't crashing, your system was crashing. Your supervisors should also be fired for unwillingness to take any initiative at all to assist a customer in distress. The software you use cannot recognize the photo on a duly issued drivers license from the State of Maryland, even though it is the exact same document on file in your system. Finally, my partner called to try to reserve another vehicle at an open location, and THAT representative was able to manually override your idiot app and get us approved. Then, miracle of miracles, the app finally announced that everything was approved and that we were good to go ... except it STILL would not provide the needed code to retrieve the key from the lockbox! Only then, after two and a half hours of telling us she could not provide the code, did Kaitlyn verbally communicate the right code! NEVER AGAIN!!!! I believe I am owed a refund for all the trouble U-Haul has caused me, but do not believe you will ever make good on your false advertisements. So, I will be sure to always tell people to avoid your pathetic mobile app like the plague.

Philip Carusothe windshield was dirty and the windshield washer fluid was empty. The after hours website was unresponsive and required a lot of human intervention. The entire after hours pickup process took me about two hours. This was not the fault of the location - rather the Uhaul website unresponsiveness was the issue
