It was hard to do business trying to get a rental truck because the store employee was not well informed on how to do the sale I even had another person to drive the truck I rented and the employee wasn’t going to take his ID even after I told him to the employee had to call his boss and I talked to his boss and the boss let him know he had to get a copy of the drivers license of the person driving the truck also The truck was well maintained but the employees need more instruction on how to rent the trucks
loreta kWhen I picked up the truck the man that was at the store gave me a hard time he said I didn't have a reservation I told him I did have a reservation I had confirmed it and the truck was dirty the front end had some kind of issue with it and the mileage cost more than the truck did itself I think if you only have certain amount of miles for say 50 miles then you should get to 50 mi and then only pay for what you've used over that but at 89 cents a mile that's just too high
Laura IThey are running this location from a busy convenience store using the only cashier to do both jobs. So you stand to the side as they take care of customers and try to verify your info over the phone at the same time. Homeless people and drunks hanging out all over parking lot asking for money and cigarettes. I'd give 0 stars if I could. My wife waited across the street to pick me up because she was afraid to be in their parking lot alone. In the middle of the day.
William MNothing. It was a small area and hard to maneuver and I had to wait for the manager. But he was apologetic and helpful. Also the phone number on the U-Haul contract/reservation was out of date and I couldnt call. No real complaints about the people, just a slightly difficult location and the phone problem needs to be fixed.
Christopher HTruck was very difficult to steer and drive. Felt like power steering fluid, or pump needed. It could cause an accident for someone who wasn't familiar with driving a vehicle this size.

Alan GSuch a dangerous location, wouldn’t ever go there even for gas.
Ebonie HI was told that I had to unhook the trailer, a dual axle 16x12 trailer, by myself and the attendant would not tell me where to park it. I protested and eventually a man arrived to unhook the trailer. We walked around the entire trailer to confirm there was no damage and we opened the back door to confirm it was clean. I took photos. Today UHaul BIlled me for damage and cleaning. I WILL BE CONTACTING my credit card company to have these charges removed. AVOID THIS PLACE.
