I was told that I had to unhook the trailer, a dual axle 16x12 trailer, by myself and the attendant would not tell me where to park it. I protested and eventually a man arrived to unhook the trailer. We walked around the entire trailer to confirm there was no damage and we opened the back door to confirm it was clean. I took photos. Today UHaul BIlled me for damage and cleaning. I WILL BE CONTACTING my credit card company to have these charges removed. AVOID THIS PLACE.
