Domenico LucaThe store manager is mainly there by himself which causes long wait lines. If you're on a time crunch, it's best to factor in a 30-45 minute buffer into your schedule, because that's typically how long the wait is. If the U-Haul pick-up or drop-off can be handled online, I suggest going that route instead.

LAURA NUNEZThere was garbage in the back of truck and cockroaches. I did all the check in stuff in advance as I was in a hurry. I had to do it all over at the location. I told her I was in a hurry. It took two people to process as the first one couldn't figure out how to print…. The photos didn't match the truck as there was damage not showing. I had to go back in. Then they tell me "that's what the yellow stickers are for" like I'm an idiot. I don't work for uhaul. Why would I know about the yellow stickers? Why wouldn't they just update with accurate photos. The whole thing was a nightmare and I was treated like it was my problem

We were supposed to get the truck at 8:30, the guy only showed up at 9am and took almost one hour to get the truck, even though I had already checked in by phone, but I had to return at 4:30 as if I did picked up at 8:30, paid for 8h but only got to use for 6:30. The truck was with only a quarter tank. It was a bad experience overall

Kiarra GarciaWe we're meant to pick up the truck at 08:00. The owner didn't arrive till 09:45. We also booked a furniture dolly which wasn't there. The furniture pads weren't there. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Uery unprofessional.

Sherry BakshEach time we rent a truck it has NO GAS and we have had to have it Jumped as the Battery has died This time on line I reserved a Trust for the Oakland Park location and if a customer service person had not called me I would not have known that there was NO truck at Oakland Park and we had to pick it up in Tamarac Florida When we went to picki up the Trusk an employee of the adjacent Check Cashing place had to assist us in completing the reservation on line I have now rented a Trust Three times from UHaul and each and every time it has been a disaster. I cannot believe how incompetent and how shoddy the service has been Sara Lawrence
Sara LawrenceThe truck broke down on my trip . Was supposed to get the truck at 8 am . Was not able to get the truck until 9:30 am . Gas gauge on the truck does not work. Truck stalled out numerous times on the highway. Was charged for 2 days as well as equipment rental that i never used
PRINCE SWEETINGI was charged for 200 miles i did not drive and no one bothered to check the mileage of the customer before i got the truck and the mileage when i returned the truck to see that it was an error. I did not drive 200 miles. I used the mileage calculator provided by uhaul and my trip each way was 36 miles or so. I will never use uhaul again.
