confesor AntequeraPlease clean the vehicles. I'm talking a calm sweep of the back and a wipe of the cabin's dashboard. It smelled horrible and triggered my dust allergies when we got in the truck. The back got dog or cat hair all over our things. They also didn't have any dollies or furniture cloth and my vehicle came with low tire pressure in the front and back. This location is fine if there really is nowhere else and you're fine with the bare minimum.
Danielle CruzLiterally a horrible process. The pickup location changed so many times and they kept reassigning me to a different state for pickup for some reason. No one ever called me to discuss this and then they cancelled to cancel pickup. Just awful. Price also increased for some reason without warning. So upset and would like monetary compensation.

X-avier AcevedoTruck stalled out a few times, a ticket was issued for expired registration/no registration sticker shown ($65), the man that took the truck when I turned it in said that the ticket was my problem and that where the ticket stuck to the windshield made it sound like there was going to be a cleaning charge to scrape it off, the gas line and mileage until empty didn't match up ( i have pictures of pickup and drop off) the man said I had to keep putting gas into truck until it matched so we put another $25 in and still didn't match which is impossible since I only put 17 miles on my trip so now the gas station the truck is affiliated with also makes extra money with their gas gage scam. I got calls from the station every day asking when truck would be returned and after talking to him each time he kept saying ok take your time then was sent a threatening text to return it or they would report it stolen.

JUDITH RAMIREZThis location was fine for drop off. They are a gas station with not much space. The staff was curious and helpful. My wife found this location by searching on Google while I was still on hold waiting for drop off help since the pickup location was not able to help with getting me a drop off location that was open on Sunday. Terrible overall experience. The pickup location told me that the Pennyfield Ave Bronx drop off location would have a drop box which was not true.

Belkis MartinezThe u-haul was dirty upon receiving the vehicle. It smelled like someone was smoking in the truck. It wasn't maintained. We had call for roadside assistance to boost the battery when we left the emergency lights on while loading the truck. The authorized vendor informed us they don't maintain the truck. The maintenance light was on when the truck was returned and vendor wasn't bothered by it. The only positive thing was Elizabeth from Roadside assistance was professional and kept us updated when help was on the way.

omar aliThere was no organization. There was one person taking care of everyone that came to the tiny office with no air conditioning. He was helping peoples who came in to make payment, bringing in car parts, u-haul services, and any person with gas machine issues. I experienced All this while I was waiting for the U- haul van. No it wasn't a good experience.
myrna oliverasThe van I rented died and I had to wait like 4 hrs for them to get someone to boost my the van and that guy had an attitude bc I couldn't pop the hood. And I missed my flight and had to go standby so thanks a lot now I'm still waiting for a fight
JUDITH SANJURJOThe attendant left me waiting 30mns in his hot office. I walked out to leave and he called me. He started the reservation and then left again. In case you fail them, he needs relatives info he can contact. Never seen this before. I used 7 miles and retuned the van. I asked for my receipt and he said it would be emailed. The next day he called to ask why I didn't return the van. Thank God I took a picture of him inside the van as I left. He was furious that I didn't return it. I told him I'd send him the pictures and then he said, "ok I just found the keys." I left the van parked in front of his office, how can he not see it? Then he charged for 8 extra miles. I only used 7 from His shop to Coop City, to my home by his office and then to his office. It was a short ride. He said I used 15. I complained about the extra charge and told him that if he didn't see the van, someone else used it and he charged me the miles. He refused to reimburse me. Almost $90 for an hour ride. This place should get closed

Tony RosadoThese rentals are in poor condition and need maintenance. My latest truck had brakes so bad you could hear issues while driving. How can you put customers in danger like this? The person in charge of this U-Haul location is dishonest and rude. Would recommend you take your business elsewhere.

rashid awanI ask for paper work, not given, and three weeks later, they said, I owe more money no I put the same amount of gas in the tank from which I received it the same went back in, why wasn’t I given some type of paperwork that was mark how much gas that was in the tank, he said I would receive paperwork later.

dimas garciaThis was the worst location I have ever been to everyone. There was a very very rude upon arrival to return the equipment. When I came back to return the equipment, the person told me that I would not be able to leave it there, and that the operator would not allow it to be left there and that I would have to return it somewhere else and he said to leave the property and when I left to return it at another location they informed me that I would have to pay $400 but they were very nice and worked with me to help me fix the situation. They even called the guy and he even told them he doesn't care and that they wouldn't take it back and I was on hold with customer service for 40 minutes trying to get this done. And not only that when I picked it up the person made me do it by myself because he couldn't and he said he would check and he forgot to put the safety chain on my vehicle to it could have fell off I have proof as well.

Joady VasquezMy first location when I got there my schedule truck 26" was not there the mechanic took it for service. Then I went to the Bronx from Queens to get another Truck. What could of have been done is a call letting me know the truck wasn't there and save me a trip. Overall it worked out, I got my moving done, I just finished late.

oral lewisI asked before I booked the 10' truck, if it was possible to park at the location. I was told yes. When I arrived, the person trying to help me was constantly being interrupted by clients needing gas to be pumped. It took almost 20 minutes to finish the transaction when it should've taken no more than 10. Also, when I returned the truck, a different person was there and was informed that I am being charged $30 for the parking space. I WAS NEVER TOLD I HAD TO PAY FOR PARKING MY VEHICLE THERE! I was going to pay by card and was told cash only. NOT TRUE! This is a scam to me. PLEASE do not do business with these people again!!!!
