I asked before I booked the 10' truck, if it was possible to park at the location. I was told yes. When I arrived, the person trying to help me was constantly being interrupted by clients needing gas to be pumped. It took almost 20 minutes to finish the transaction when it should've taken no more than 10. Also, when I returned the truck, a different person was there and was informed that I am being charged $30 for the parking space. I WAS NEVER TOLD I HAD TO PAY FOR PARKING MY VEHICLE THERE! I was going to pay by card and was told cash only. NOT TRUE! This is a scam to me. PLEASE do not do business with these people again!!!!
