Have the truck sitting on the actual lot close to the front and have a better follow up on where it is at we arrived at 8p.m. and didn't get out of there til 9:45 walked all over the lot looking for our truck couldn't find it finally got ahold of a gal named Prescious at customer service for Uhaul and she stayed on the phone with us for over an hour and finally said it was next to a fire station which was at another remote site finally got our truck and by the time we got it it was too late so we couldn't get the extra insurance needless to say we will not be recommending Uhaul in the future!!

I was a bit concerned when first seeing the truck -- the hood was covered with unsightly droppings from a tree and the inside had a strong cigarette smell-- but the important part is that it drove VERY well! 991 miles and no problems. I am very pleased with the rental.

Vicki E.The mirrors were out of alignment and I couldn't move them. The aux outlet would buzz when I plugged it in and the sound wasn't very good. When I picked up the truck, the lock was very hard to open and the mileage was incorrect and I couldn't move on in the app. An employee had to come over (he was very nice) and help me.

Jason B.Thé hitch was not correctly connected to the tow dolly, therefore I had traveled from Des Moines Iowa to Cedar Falls Iowa with only the backup chain holding the tow dolly to the truck. The tow dolly parking lights extension was not connected as well and had traveled from Cedar Falls Iowa to Sterling Colorado until that was discovered. This could of been a very dangerous trip.

Breann G.There is room for improvement when it comes to the return process. I was under the impression all I needed to do was drop the keys in the box. Instead I find myself getting millage & standing out in the pouring rain taking pictures of the mileage & fuel level, the side of the truck, the back of the truck, where the truck was parked.... I was so frustrated & soaking wet by the time I finally got it checked in, I hope I never have to rent a Uhaul again only because the return was such a pain.

I scheduled a pick up moving truck but was contacted by Uhaul that there wasnt one available at that location so they were upgrading me FOR FREE to a 10' moving truck and my mileage woyld be charged at the pick up truck rate. Instead I was charged for the 10' truck. I have sent three emails that were ignored by Uhaul and spoken to Customer Service. Customer Service assured me that this would be corrected. Today I received another receipt via email overcharging me again. This is ridiculous and unprofessional especially for a simple hour rental.

Shannon S.The cargo area was completely soaked when I picked it up and the odometer and the trip odometer were not even close to correct. Odometer read I went 39,6 miles which I didn't and trip odemeter read I went 20,1 miles which is accurate. I wasn't asked my estimated miles at the counter which has always been done. My google mapping of the trip estimated just over 17 miles.
