I originally had a reservation for Monday 12 pm thru Thursday 12 pm (3 days). I called Friday to see if I could change my reservation to 7 am on Monday. I was told they do not open until 9 am. Then I asked if I could pick it up on Sunday and was told they were closed. So then I asked what they could for me as I needed a 26' truck early Monday morning. I was then offered to pick up a 26' truck Saturday before they close and would not be charged anything extra for the weekend. Saturday afternoon I received a call from the office that the 26' truck was not going to be available for me on Saturday as promised because the customer who had it needed it over the weekend. Therefore they offered me a 20' truck instead, but still said there would be no additional charge for me picking it up on Saturday. As I finished earlier than expected I returned the truck Tuesday afternoon and was told they had to still charge me 3 days since I picked up the truck on Saturday. In addition, they charged me $1,19/mile instead of $.99/mile because I had it over the weekend. Needless to say, I am very disappointed in their service and will never use U-haul again.
Chris EI had a reservation initially for 24 hours. Agent told me that in case I don't show up until they close on Saturday, an extra day would be charged, as usual policy. But on Saturday mid day they called demanding that I returned the truck before they close just because they had gotten another customer to accommodate. I did my best to return it, but I didn't like the attitude. Very unprofessional.

Ken CHave used this location before, no problems. This time I replaced gas to level more than rec'd. I went 26 miles and refilled 2,3 gallons just down the street before returning. I didn't have fuel verified since it was on full. My fault. When invoice was emailed, I was charged $9 for 2 gallons of gas. 1/8 tank. Called them about this charge and they were supposed to check on it. Never heard. Was wondering if this was just a simple mistake or if they make it a habit of padding the bill. Probably will not use again.

Vadim PEASY process, only hesitation was that not a slam dunk that would "accept the drop-off" FYI, a UHaul location on a Google search on Central Avenue was the first place we drove to (1 mile closer), but it did not exist physically.

mayerling gTell customers up front that gas gauge readings are exact and they should note it or take a picture accordingly so when the vehicle is returned there are no additional unexpected charges or surprises.

Tony MYou need to let it be know that t would be a charge of you drop off a uhal at a different location. You can't just change people without letting them know it's a fee for not bringing it back to the same location.
Jakerria NIsaiah was awsome with scheduling and pickup. He assured me that my car was safe during my rental. Return with a different gentleman was just as good. Swift, yet friendly. I only regret not learning his name. Inside store was surprisingly nice and orderly. Very nice experience.
Suzanne TThe truck wasn't swept out. The process online to get verified should be done before done before the moment of pickup. I had my ride to the pick up waiting on me for an hour to make sure I got through the online verification.
