I was notified after I signed everything that the Cadillac converter was stolen from truck aweful experience with a loud and stink in cab when windows open of smoke fumes. Very disappointing
Kandi HernandezThe vehicle was great --- There was a quick turn around from a previous renter returning the vehicle late, so the vehicle did not get cleaned properly, however the location made sure it was "good enough" for me to go and not miss my deadline (which was more important), so I was grateful. They also were very nice, helpful and overall this was a great experience. I can not blame the location for the previous renter not doing what they should have, but I can thank them for ensuring I had what I needed in the time frame I needed!

James VacaTrailer was jammed next to a tree and hard to pull out, covered in pine needles so hard to tell the condition of the tires and trailer overall, was missing the electrical connector cable we had to steal a spare one off a broken trailer in the lot, Trailer itself had a lot of running lights that were out but was mechanically working... You could tell that trailer had been sitting for months and nothing was checked on it for us prior to our pickup. Overall not a great experience. They didn't have time to confirm our drop off location and time so they just sent us a link to do it ourselves which we had already done before hand online. People were nice however so they got that going for them I guess.
Daniel NemethyThe clerk that checked me in when I returned the truck was overwhelmed. She didn't know a lot about the process and was not physically able to do the check in of truck. I had to go out and take the pictures of the mileage and gas needle . She couldn't tell me what my final charge would be. I received an email from them later. I would say that the employee needs more training although she was very nice. Overall I spent nearly an hour turning it in.

Jordan HancockPersonnel demanded that we park the truck and trailer ourselves in an awkward position and offered no help. We've moved several times with uhaul and have never been asked to park it ourselves.

Stephen LajoieDidn't feel comfortable at a store where it was crowded selling alcohol. There was 1 lady working behind the counter. She gave me her cellphone to take a picture of the mileage and gas. When I went back into the store I had to wait back in line behind 6 people that was purchasing alcohol beverages.

GREGORY PROSELots of waiting and confusion. Terrible customer service. This is a convenience store that also rents Uhaul. Clearly selling cigarettes, lottery tickets and beer is the priority. Uhaul customers are told to wait. The attendant would just ignore me while he helped other customers that walked in 10-15 mins after me and he kept interrupting my Uhaul check out process. I see no reason to come back here.
MARC DEWALLEI was very disappointed that it took so long to get my rental. I was told when I left the cost would be $53.00. When I returned the trailer, the bill was $85.00. I was told that once you leave with the rental, the price can't be changed. I feel totally screwed!

hayden wilsonLocation was supposed to be open but had a closed sign on the door. Representative I spoke with over the phone told us that a dolly should be in the back of the truck for us to use but there wasn't one there so we had to drive to another location to rent one. Truck had the check engine light on from the time I started the engine. The moving crew I hired through U-haul showed up hours later that initially hired for, refused to move anything but 4 items, and even had their boss call me stating that they were ONLY moving said 4 items. They damaged my refrigerator then left trash all over my deck for me to clean up. I hired men and was sent kids to handle moving of heavy items. Very very disappointing.

Lynwood BattleAdvise the customer that it is a conviene store and there is no sign stating UHaul except the small box for keys. The location was not convenient to where I live and it was an hour round trip. The appropriate thing to do was to get a truck to the original pick up location or offer a bigger truck for same price.

ELIZABETH STEINDrop off was at a seedy gas station across the street from a drug house of some sort. The process to turn the truck in was also time consuming and aggravating, asking me to take a lot of pictures.

William DavisI had to do on line reservation an it was all messed up tried to talk to customer service but after 30min an no answer I gave up an I always pay cash when I turn it back in but this time uhaul took money from my card I had on file for the initial start of the rent it was $1 500 more than it would have been if I had rented it from the store instead of online but at the time the person working there didn't know how to do it so she said go rent online and come back and pick It up so I did not realize that it would have been so much more . AND I WOULD LIKE A RESPONSE / REFUND SOMETHING THANKS JERRY WHITLOCK
Jerry WhitlockI visited UHaul on Capital BLVD earlier, They would not go outside as the "rain" was comingm I would have to wait ", I walked in from outside and completely dry, not a drop on me. There is a covered area as well as the counter help had what appeared to be rain gear on. No knock on where rented, but BS none the less
Michael cummingsThe previous user left a master lock on the enclosed trailer I rented. Which tells me the trailer was not inspected after it was used. Not only was the lock left on it but there was no way for us to get it off, the man I rented it said to "beat it with a hammer, or go buy some bolt cutters". To spend $106 I'm very unsatisfied
