I was not impressed that my credit card was charged an extra day even though I had a contract for an extra 2 days at no charge . I had to go into the shop to have the charges reversed. They were accommodating with this request which was very helpful.Rachel S.

Shadiest drop off location I've ever been too. The address isn't even right. No gates nothing just a back alley basically. Anyone can drive up hook up a trailer and drive away. I would never ever drop off there again or recommend this place to anyone at allMichael M.

I was quite upset to find the cargo area full of garbage, boxes, clothes etc. I had to drive back and drop off the garbage at the rental location. The owner was very polite and apologetic but I feel put out by that.Peter D.

Don't be scum, for starters. Maybe actually refuel the vehicles to 3/8 (don't leave it to be the next customers problem, someone else already paid for it) Don't lie to the customer that it's 3/8 when it's clearly 1/4 (took 3-4 attempts to get owner to circle the page, each time he said it's 3/8) Don't pass complaining customers over to customer service, saying that you will take their side when they call to confirm -take the initiative and call yourself ALSO, don't change your statement when customer service calls you 20 minutes later And lastly don't charge the customer a refuel to 3/8 when you circled less on their page..REUBEN G.

We had reserved a truck but realized we had to switch drivers so the girl had to cancel the order & re-do everything as she was screwing up left, right & Centre & she had to call Head Office a few times because the system was giving her trouble, etc. We were supposed to pick up the truck at 9:30 & didn't get out until 10:30 . This is totally UNACCEPTABLE but the attitude was "oh well, not much I can do" It's not so much the girl herself but I think she needs more knowledge/training. Don't get me wrong, the girl we dealt with was very nice & understanding as she knew we were getting impatient. Also, I said "poor" to the drop off point because you made us drive to Port Coquitlam when there's already a drop off in Maple Ridge (where we live). You forced us to go to another town (wasting more gas) & with gas prices these days, people can't afford to WASTE gaskimberly A.
